Bought a car from Motor Depot. Needed to take back within 3 months due to an issue. They could not solve ? Had to rebook again issue worse given date to drop in. In the meantime broke down last week would not start called RAC. Basically battery was completely gone registering virtually nothing !! Jump start OK told change battery. Still within 3 months rang up Motordepot told batteries only covered for "30 days" within the warranty so had to spend £180. if I have missed something then my bag, however did not know this thought warranty covered all ..still cannot find anything in my paperwork...buyers beware 1
I bought the car I wanted from Motordepot and I also bought the service and MOT package. The first two MOT's went fine but when I had the third, I was told everything was OK. I asked for my MOT and was told everything is done on line now so no paperwork is given. Six months later I needed a rescue following a puncture and was told by Green Flag I had no MOT. On phoning Motor Depot they said that if I didn't ask for an MOT when I bought the car in then they would not do it. I bought the MOT package so how could I not have asked for one when I took it in. Something is very wrong here.

Great service and Trevor at Motordepot was very helpful with my new car.
Firstly I purchased a seat Leon automatic 11 plate. Ran great till after about 6-7 months the gearbox broke leaving me forking out £1200 on a car I had owned less than a year. Originally I put this down to bad fortune and wasn't untill my sister purchased a car from there and has now also experienced problems. She purchased a 12 reg Vauxhall adam owned it 6-7 months also and now her oil pump and belt have broken leaving her paying £1000 to get it fixed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Brought an audi a3 a few scratches I was told would be sorted. They done a rubbish Job on them. Stereo doesn't work properly reverse sensors not working no log book holder or service book 500 pound warranty I can't remember agreeing to. Also to top it off most of the cars are ex rental hire cars so have been badly mistreated covered in scratches etc also audi badge was missing on the back didn't realise until I got home . Would avoid these cowboys. Customer service is none exsistant trying to chase up service history they emailed me back 2 weeks later saying please phone the previous owners.

back in February, I purchased a Fiat 500L from Motor Depot in Birmingham. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and the car was in good shape and a very good price. They also gave me a fair price for my old car. The prep team were a bit of a let down as I had to wait a few hours for the car to be ready but all in all I am happy and I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

I bought my Mercedes a180 in January. The car was clean and in good condition and a very reasonable price. The dealers were very knowledgeable and helpful and up to now I have had only one issue and that's currently being looked at by Mercedes. and the car doesn't currently have the right number plates so Im waiting for that to be resolved. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend Motor Depot.

Positive: Salesperson generally helpful and polite Negative: Unable to provide a car despite having full funds on 16/12/16. Car clearly not checked prior to test drive, it was me that identified an issue at this point - it was news to the service team (despite sales videos clearly stating that vehicles are checked prior to being made available for sale). Emailed the Branch Manager - no response at all. When considering an alternative, the dealership would not consider revising the price of a car as a gesture of goodwill. Instead, offered me the opportunity to pay more. The dealership boasts they don't haggle with prices because the cars are high quality and are fully checked. Yet, here I am withdrawing from my finance agreement and car-less because, it seems, Motor Depot. was selling a car that wasn't fit for sale.

No complaints. The dealers at Motor Depot were very helpful and friendly. I purchased a Suzuki Kizashi back in August. It was very good value for money and I have only had one issues with it which I just got sorted myself. I am happy overall and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
