Looked around the site and found a car that I was willing to buy .I went to ask for help and a key the poor lady on the front desk had many customers waiting (No salesman free) me my wife and two kids waited 1hr 15 mins and still nothing so we went back to the desk and said we couldn't wait any longer. No - sorry no hang on we will help you nothing back, just a "oh" .I've bought over 20 cars in my time and I'd never go back to that place . Be warned .

Stay away. have no idea about customer service or the truth.I enquired about a vehicle I was interested in, they say they booked me in. I checked the website an hour before my appointment and realised it had sold. So I called to see if this was the case, they advised it says sold because I am coming to view it. I dragged my newborn daughter out to the dealership and it had sold!!
Purchased a vehicle, Both headlight full of water causing them to fog up when in use. This made visibility at night poor and could be considered as un-road worthy at an MOT test. To rectify this issue i had to take the vehicle into the main dealer who advised me that both headlight units required replacing. This work has been carried out by the main dealer. excessive vibration of the vehicle when the vehicle was traveling between 60-70 MPH. This caused the vehicle to be very unstable while driving at these speeds. I contacted your service department to be told that vehicles are not tested at this speed on the vehicle safety check despite this been the national speed limit. I was advised to bring the vehicle into the service department on the 22/12/17. The balancing of all 4 wheels was looked into at this appointment however the front wheels where that out of balance that the tyres required changing. I was informed that the rear wheels had been successfully balanced and the front wheels would be done once the tyres arrived in. I returned to the next appointment on the 28/12/17 where the front tyres where changed and the wheels were balanced. Prior to leaving the service center on the 28th i was told the vehicle had been fully road tested and the vehicle was no longer vibrating. Upon driving the vehicle i realized this was not the case so booked it into the main dealer again for them to investigate further. Mercedes benz hull looked into the issue and found that the vehicle was vibrating excessively and unstable when driven at speed. Upon looking into the cause of this they found a number of the bolts holding the wheel on to be cross threaded, leaving the wheel lose and unseated on the hub. Once the wheels where removed it was established that the rear wheels were significantly out of balance and had been balanced in the service center by adding more weights to counter balance the initial weights that had been fitted. I was told the correct method of balancing wheels is to remove all balance weights and add new weights as required. To sum up this car buying experience i find it difficult to believe that a vehicle can be sold with such serious safety issues after being subject ''to your on the road safety check by your ''highly qualified technicians who take care of your car for you and make sure it in good shape''. This mandatory check was carried out when buying vehicle and was charged as the on the road fee. This was followed by 2 visits to your service center and despite all these opportunity's the car still remained in an unsafe condition. After visiting Mercedes Benz hull today the above faults have been resolved, however this has come at a financial cost to myself and significant time and effort on my part. I believe the above issues to be unacceptable having transported my wife and 3 small children in this vehicle numerous times since purchasing this vehicle for £25816. I feel this situation could have lead to a serious accident resulting from the vehicles wheel coming off had i accepted the judgment of your service center that the vehicle was safe to drive.

We have just received our new car and we will 100% be back julia who dealt with us was fantastic we went in with a budget and she got us to where we wanted to be with the car we wanted she was not pushy in anyway and we are completely satisfied with the service we received we will recommend to family and friends thank you for all your help Motor Depot.

I went to Motor Depot back in June and purchased a Fiat 500. The car was really clean and just as described. The dealers were very helpful and I have had no issues at all. I am very happy with the price of the car, its definitely good value for money. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased a Ford Focus from this dealership back in April. They weren't too bad. There was a few complications with the price of the car and two of the previous cars I was looking into but it all got sorted eventually. All in all the service was pretty average but the car its self is good so base don that I would recommend this dealership.

I bought a Ford Fiesta from Motor Depot back in April and they were absolutely fantastic. Everything was really easy and went really smoothly, I had 3 small children with me on the day and they were really good with them too! Tony was an excellent and very helpful salesmen and I would really recommend this dealership. The car was very clean and in really good condition and a very good price. Very happy.

31st January 201 I am writing with a very strong complaint at the service which I have received from the staff at Hessle Motor Depot. I wished to see and indeed I purchased the car, a Volkswagen Touran 1.9 STDI 105 from your Hessle Motor Depot. The car was at the time located at the Nottingham Motor Deopot. So I paid a deposit of £250.00 on 11th December 2015. I also paid £69.00 which was called a Site Transfer fee in order to view this car at the Hessle Motor Depot. On the 22nd January 2016 I viewed the car and told the staff member that I would like to purchase it. It was explained to me by Luke Sidaway who I understand is a Customer Service Representative, that the car needed an M.O.T. and a complete valet. At that point I showed Luke everything which was dirty and needed cleaning and also everything which needed replacing. He promised me that everything I had pointed out would be in a perfect condition before it was released to me. I paid £199.00 for all of this to be done. It was called the 'On the Road Package'. I was told it would be ready for me on 28th January 2016. On 28th January 2016 I received a phone call telling me my Volkswagen car was ready to be picked up. I drove to Hessle Motor Depot to collect my car. I found to my total disappointment that it was absolutely filthy inside. It also had no carpet at the front passenger side. I had paid a full £6,998.00 for this car in cash. I complained and asked to see the Manager. He came and told me that he wanted me to leave the Volkswagen car now, so that it could be completed. I explained I couldn't do that as I had to go now to pick my son up from school. So he suggested that I leave it until the next day for it to be completed. Again I explained that I had cancelled the insurance on my Honda Civic car to end at midnight on 28th January 2016, as I had been told the Volkswagen car was ready for collection. I also explained that I needed a car as I work nights at Burberry in Castleford. I asked for a discount (as I had paid £199.00) minus a probable £45.00 for an M.O.T. which leave £150.00 for the non cleaning. But he refused. I mentioned to him that I had paid cash and usually when someone pays cash they receive a discount off the original price of a car. He dismissed me in a very casual way saying "Definitely not, I don't like cash customers. So I cannot help you then." I realise that is because you get financial compensation for referring customers to some Financial Institutions. The customer service is appalling and it leaves a lot to be desired. I have lost all trust in the Company and in the staff at Motor Depot. How do I know that the M.O.T. was genuine and that any mechanical work was up to the standard expected. I am disappointed in the service that I never received. DO NOT USE THEM. BUY A CAR FROM REPUTABLE DEALERS. THEIR AFTER SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLY ROTTEN. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERI CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY HAVE SOLD YOU A CAR. Malgorzata Szpaczynska
