I bought a jaguar from motor house of shipley, i was very happy with the service changed over my private plate, car was ready when they said it was and in pristine condition i would recommend to buy from this garage.
Having spent hours searching for a near perfect Porsche Boxster S, I found a suitable car at Motor House of Shipley. As i live 300 miles from the dealer a fair amount of telephone conversations were made to ensure that this was the car for me. I fortunately had a female friend who lives in the area and she went to view the car. She attended the garage and pointed out several paintwork and cosmetic issues (not previously mentioned). The comments passed to me about this visit were not very complimentary at all ! I.e. What was this woman who knows nothing about cars doing at the garage. In fairness, the dealer did take on board the snags and did agree to address them. A full Porsche check was done and i was informed that all works had been carried out. As such i paid in full for the car prior to pick up, there was no negotiation and i paid the full asking price. I attended the garage after a 7 hour journey and there was my car on the forecourt. I had requested that my private plate had been put on the car some 10 days prior... this had not been done and caused me annoying insurance issues. Some of the bodywork issues had not been addressed despite being told they had! An employee was dispatched to polish out some scratches and marks in front of me, which was not encouraging. I was then told that some parts were being delivered to the local Porsche garage and i would have to take the car there myself to get them fitted. There was a very poor handover by the proprietor, who halfway through got distracted by a customer who was showing interest in a car far more expensive than mine! I made my appointment for 0930hrs and finally got on my way at 1300hrs. It felt like a self service experience, ok i bought one of the cheapest cars they had in the showroom but to me it was a special moment. Obviously my first visit was to fuel it up before my 300 mile drive home, it was on red!!! I paid top end for this car and after several hours of TLC it is i must say in stunning condition. I have had no follow up call from the dealer and the whole experience was cold and unpleasant. Yes Motor House of Shipley have top end cars but the sales and after sales experience does match the vehicles they supply !!!

Agreed price and cash terms £40,000 to buy a Porsche expecting delivery soon. Apparently then sold to someone else. Business manners would dictate a phone call to say another interested party wished to buy but after all these are second hand car salesmen so expect nothing and be wary. No thanks Mr Khadim.

Brilliant set of guys to deal with would hugely recommend them, had couple small faults in following months dealt with straight away no messing about thanks guys :)
the worst garage I have ever dealt with all nice to begin with then useless even trying to put used parts in a Porsche boxster s complaining to me that parts are expensive and lying about parts replaced avoid these cowboys at all costs
