Worst company ever. Do not buy anything from them. We had been searching for a car for a long time and found one we liked the look of at Motorhub. When we got there they showed us the car which looked ok aesthetically. The whole purchase process was very quick, they didn’t take any ID (or even see a drivers license for the test drive), they asked for bank transfer (we now assume that’s so we couldn’t attempt to claim anything back through the bank when the car broke down 8 weeks later costing £2000) and all bank transfers go to a completely different company set up as a “car hire company” but looking on google maps is just an office block miles away - make of that what you will! We left the show room with the car and immediately had an issue, which unfortunately was just the first of many. In the year we have had the car, it has visited the garage to be fixed 11 times and cost us £6000 in repairs. I fully believe the majority of these issues the garage were 100% aware of. Companies house is an interesting read for Motorhub, especially if you’ve visited their showroom and seen how many high priced cars they have for sale. Avoid at all costs. I wish we’d looked into Motorhub before purchasing.

Stay clear of these shite hawks.we attempted to return a discovery sport today after we e mailed and posted right to reject letter and an independent report from a garage explaining the driveshaft needed replacing. Staff were rude and obnoxious and said they would not accept car back. If we left it , which was our intention they would leave it on street with keys in. We rang police for advice and they said they don’t get involved in civil disputes. Garage rang police and they turned up in 5 minutes, probably played the race card they are an absolute joke but I will get my money back from this shower.

Very Poor after sale service, bought a car which had duplicate key and it stopped working after 2 days.

I recently went to motor hub in Keighly and the service was outstanding. Although I couldn’t find the car I needed the staff in charge showed me excellent customer service which was very helpful! Will defiantly come back In the near future In sha Allah !

bought a car for £11000, life savings, took a test drive, car seemed ok, got on to motorway on way home, got to 70 mph the car started shaking, contacted motor hub, was told i had to wait 28 days before warranty would come into effect, contacted trading standards so now found motor hub sell poor quality vehicles, really not happy.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM MOTORHUB!! I bought a Land Rover Discovery Sport, within 2 weeks it was leaking oil and needed a power tranmission box replacement, within 2 months it needed a full drive shaft replacement, at 5 months it needs a steering rack replacement and over £6000 of repairs. These guys dont care once they sold it they will ignore emails and calls until you threaten legal action then will bring it to a dodgy garage to "repair", following their power transmission repair, I took it to a local garage who described it as the worst repair they had seen.....They refused to honor my legal right to return the vehicle.... Dont be fooled by the expensive cars on the ground floor, these cowboys are at best incompetent and at worst fraudulent. Buyer beware, the cars are cheap because they are not checked

Good guys, the team helped me find a nice BMW X5 and offered a fair price for my part exchange. it took around 1 hour to check the car over, complete all the paperwork and drive away, very efficient service.
