Partner bought my first car from Motor Link in Bristol. After 3 days the car was making noises and noticed it was wanky at the back and this was caused by a spring being put in upside down! The car would not start after the third day! After trying to take it back they were most unhelpful and said they will "repair" it for a charge! But will not refund us or take the car back! My partner is beside himself as he feels he has let me down! Citizens advice will be called!

Bought a car same as the other reviews few days later nothing but problems. They are currently avoiding me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MOTOR LINK IN BRISTOL.
Nothing but trouble with the car after 11 days NO after service care what so ever he still has a key which he refuses to return... the salesman I dealt with is a snake- please do not buy a vehicle from MOTORLINK Mangotsfield Bristol.
The sale was simple enough and I was happy with the transaction although the after sales service has been a let down. I've had a fault with the car almost immediately after purchase and I've been calling on and off for a nearly 3 months now and they keep saying their garage is full and they can't fix it at this time.

I also purchased a car from this place and have had nothing but problems since, they are now trading in a different name of MTC will never buy from them again
