I had been searching for a new car for my wife, and I was pleasantly surprised when I managed to find one on our doorstep because we have had to travel far and wide for our car purchases in the past. I cannot praise Matthew enough for the high standard of customer service I received from him. From making the initial inquiry to the handover Matthew was outstanding. He did not come across pushy, and he allowed me as much time as I needed to make an informed decision whether I wanted to buy the car from him. This approach was the main reason I chose this dealership over others. I love my Audi Q3 to bits. It is a really nice car to drive, and it handles really well. The sales assistant was brilliant and had a great attitude. His passion for the cars he was selling and his knowledge made it a simple transaction. We had a long journey to travel to this dealer, but it was certainly worth it, if I could do it all again, I would do.

He was such a lovely guy with a great personality and someone that you could share a joke with.
