Although my new car is expensive to run, everything else with the car has been going well and is running okay. Gareth was the salesman on the day who was good as gold, he is a credit to Motor Match Crewe. Everything about his behaviours was brilliant, he listened to my needs and I felt it was the best transaction of a car I've done.

My Volkswagen Polo runs really well. I went to Motor Match Crewe with it being close to me as I’m located in Nantwich which is great to know they are only around the corner if I need to pop in. Andrew was the salesman on the day and he was really helpful the whole process was easy. Overall, a good experience.

I noticed a little scratch on the boot when I got the car home that I didn't notice in the showroom but otherwise I'm getting on very well with my Hyundai. I travelled from Scotland, so it was a fair trip but once I got to Motor Match Crewe I was greeted by Gather who was very courteous, and he was a pleasure to deal with.

This was the first time visiting/purchasing a car from Motor Match Crewe and it was perfect. All of the team were really polite and always on hand to help answer any questions I had about the car. After agreeing to take the car, we arranged a day that suited me to collect the car and when I arrived the car was well presented and you could tell it had been valeted. Very happy with everything.

There was a little issue with the head unit just after receiving the car but once I mentioned this to the team they were quick to get it booked in with Mini main dealer for the repair work to be done. When I raised the issue, there wasn't any push back and they paid for the work to be done in full. They handled the situation perfectly and it's exactly what service you want when buying a car. I've taken the car out a little bit since having the work done, and it's been great.
