Everything was explained to me in detail by Gareth. Even though I traveled from Southampton to Crewe, the trip was definitely worth it. Gareth kept me in the loop the whole time, making the process smooth and enjoyable. Katie, the sales agent who assisted me, was friendly, professional, and most importantly, not at all pushy. Katie ensured that everything was covered, leaving me with no concerns as she handled all the paperwork effortlessly. What stood out to me was her thoughtful approach—she encouraged me to take my time inspecting the car and only return to her if I was completely satisfied. Any requests or adjustments I needed were promptly addressed by Katie.

The whole experience at Motor Match Crew was pleasurable. Most importantly, the cars that this dealer sell are reliable and of a high standard. The aftercare is second to none, and to receive a phone call from someone not long after I bought my Audi shows that they really care about their customers, not just during the sale but afterwards also.

Andrew couldn't of done enough for me when while I was at the dealership. He told me everything I needed to know about my car and any questions I threw at him, he answered them straight away and was very honest.
