In comparison to my previous car buying experience in London, I felt so much more relaxed at Motor Match Crewe and when I compared the two cars, there was no competition for both quality and price. I reckon I've added 1200 miles on the car since and it's been perfect. Thank you to the team.

After driving away, there was a small issue with the battery but as soon as I called Gareth up who was quickly on it and got the issue resolved in no time, but also without kicking up a fuss! Since sorting it out (touch wood) the car hasn't let me down and has been a great little motor. I've only driven it to and from work at the moment but I'm sure when I take it on a some long drives that it won't let me down.

Honesty I can't pick 1 fault with my visit to this dealership and it's all thanks to Gareth for being so trustworthy. When he was showing me around the Audi I was interested in, he told me every aspect of the car that I needed to know about. Even though it was in brilliant condition, there was a chip in the window screen that he made me aware of and told me that this would be fixed before driving it away. This was sorted in time for when I picked up the car. No complaints from me at all!

I visited here back in April and I think it was Rebecca who looked after me while I was enquiring about the Audi A3 and since I made the drive from Cannock, I was keen to ask as many questions as possible. Rebecca was more than happy to answer my questions and she was just brilliant! She exceeded all of my expectations, really putting my mind at ease and making the trip worth while. Since visiting Motor Match Crewe, I've been enjoying my Volkswagen Tiguan quite a bit, and overall, I'm pretty pleased with it. Plus, it got the thumbs up from my son-in-law, who's a mechanic, so that's reassuring. Wayne was the guy who helped us out, and he was great. Everything went smoothly when my daughter and son-in-law went to pick up the car. They took care of everything.

Nothing but class from Motor Match Crewe. I wasn't even planning on buying a car but after seeing it online, I had to go and have a look at it. As soon as I saw it, I fell in love with it and straight away knew I had to have it! The team was helpful enough to turn the car around quickly and before I knew it, I was driving away. Nothing but high praise about this dealership because from start to finish I can't pick a single fault. The team have always been really responsive when answering any questions and when it came to talking us through the paperwork, everything was explained to the letter, which really gave me a lot of confidence in what I was signing the documents. Once we agreed a day to come back and collect the car, it was nice to see it had been valeted and was ready on time for me to drive it away.

Wayne was brilliant! - honestly he was super helpful and unlike some dealerships that we visited, there wasn't any sort of pressure from the team to commit to the purchase and I was given all of the space needed to make a decision that was mine. My Audi A3 has been the best car purchase I've made this year so it's safe to say how happy I am with it.

I've always owed Mercedes because they've always been reliable cars, so when I was looking for an upgrade, it had to be another Merc. I popped into Motor Match Crewe to see the E-Class they had available. I approached a salesman and asked for some more information, with me not owning this model before and he talked me through everything I needed to know. He was very helpful and I can't commend his professionalism enough for the way he handled the sale. It was worth the 2 hours trip down. The car it's self has been perfect.
