Very happy with my Audi A3 that I picked up three weeks now, and I'm very happy with it. I took it for a good run on Sunday, and it drove without any issues. Katie was fantastic throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, and she went above and beyond to help me. Even when there was an issue with the finance company, Katie handled everything smoothly. I wouldn't change a thing about my experience. This dealership deserves 5 stars!

I recently purchased a Mercedes CLA Class from Motor Match Crewe, and it's been fantastic. I've driven it a lot, and it's really good. I was undecided about what car to get, but this turned out to be the best small SUV for my budget. Plus, it's a premium brand with the quality you'd expect from Mercedes. The transaction was smooth and easy. I called ahead to reserve the car before traveling down, and the team showed me all of the features of the car in great detail. They were spot on with their service, and I couldn't ask for more. People are quick to leave bad reviews, so I wanted to share a positive one for the great work this team is doing.

So far my Jaguar has been gloriously! Having previously owned an Audi Q5, I was looking for something with similar quality but a bit more sporty. I was torn between a Mercedes GLC and the F-Pace, but ultimately, the Jaguar's sportiness won me over. Gareth was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process and was happy for me to take my time to have a long look around the car. He handled everything perfectly and made the transition from enquiry to sale quick and seamless. Highly recommend this dealership!

I've had my Ford C-Max for a little while now, and everything has been great. Rebecca was the saleswoman who dealt with me from my initial enquiry and she handled everything perfectly. There were no delays or complaints on my end. Thank you to the whole team for all their help. I live 2.5 hours away, so I was relying on the honesty of the team on the condition of the car, and it didn't disappoint. I drove it home on the same day and I've been happy ever since.

My Seat is all good, and mechanically everything is sound. I haven't done many long trips yet, I've just stayed local doing the daily trip to work. The customer service was great from the sales team, and they even went out of their way to get me from the train station. Happy to give 5* for the whole experience! You can't ask for more from a company.

Since diving away from Motor Match Crewe I've tried to get out of my car as regularly as possible and I'm really enjoying it. It was my first time visiting this company, but I was in good hands as James took his time to explain all of the paperwork and the process, so I didn't miss anything.

Great experience! I've already put plenty of miles on my Q3, so already it's had a brilliant run out. When I was enquiring about the Audi, everyone got back to us within good time and was happy to help where they could. Dealerships closer to me weren't interested or willing to look after us, so we travelled 2 hours to Crewe, but it was worth it. They even went the extra mile to send us a video walking around the car before we made the trip up, and the car didn't disappoint.

My 2 Series is really nice and running well. Gareth was off the scale on the day, I can't compliment him enough. I was quickly offered a test drive on arrival so there was no messing around, all my questions were answered in great detail, and all around, they provided exceptional service. I wouldn't change anything about it. I was so impressed with Gareth's service that I passed his details on to my boss, who is now looking to get a car from here.
