I've got no issues giving 5 stars because Emma (the saleswoman) made sure everything went through smoothly. There were no issues and the paperwork went through fine. I did have an initial issue with a bulb that needed replacing, but after sorting this out, the car has been fine since.

After being talked through how Motor Match prices their vehicles it's the first place I look now when I'm wanting to look for a car, and I know my husband feels the same. The 3 Series purchased was for my husband, but he's really pleased with it. We went to get the car together, but I felt the salesman was very personable. Everything was clearly explained and it was an all-round good sale.

Only reason for giving 4 stars is because I think everything went as expected for a car sale but I wouldn't change anything about my visit. The Corsa that I went ahead with has been all good as well.

I recently purcahsed a Crossland X for my mother in law and up to now I haven't heard of any issues, so all is good. I did go with her to get the car and I thought Andrew was really helpful to deal with.

I'd give 5 stars plus if I could for my whole car buying experience. Big thank you to Emma for being a super sales lady! There was no hard sell throughout the sale, she was friendly, professional, and made the whole sale really easy. It was honestly a fantastic experience. I would recommend anyone to visit Motor Match Crewe because the service I received was brilliant, I've got no issues with it at all. There were a couple of faults that were showing on my BMW but they haven't shown up recently. I have noticed that the locking wheel nut isn't with the car, so I need to look into this, but otherwise it's been fine. Definitely 5 stars.

This was my first time visiting Motor Match Crewe and Rebecca made everything really good. There wasn't any pressure and it was nice to be offered a test drive, after I was happy with the Q3.

Gareth was perfect, he did everything he said he would, which made for a great experience. Other than my friend noticing that my exhaust is hanging low (which I’m not sure if it’s meant to look like that or not), my BMW has been great. I’ll be getting the exhaust looked at anyway, but I’m not worried about it. Happy days.

Emma was really good to deal with while I was buying my Mercedes A-Class. There was no hard sell, and when it came to the handover, the car was well presented and in a clean condition, overall a good service.
