I got my Volkswagen Polo back in September and for the time I've had it, I've been getting on fine with it. I got the car at a great price and I've got no complains.

Happy to give top marks because there wouldn't be anything I'd change about my visit to Motor Match Crewe. The salesman was perfect while me and my wife were at the dealership. All of our questions were answered and once we were happy with the car, he offered a test drive that sealed the deal. Everything went as planned and although the wife drives the car more than me, it's running great.

My Mini has been perfect and running really well! The longest drive I've taken the car on would be when I drove home from picking it up, which was all the way from Crewe to Rotherham, and it ran beautifully. Since then, I've just been using it for work runs, and I'm really happy with it. Rebecca was fantastic throughout the whole process, quick to respond, always happy to answer my questions, and genuinely lovely to deal with. No pushiness at all, just a smooth experience. Definitely 5 stars!

Honestly I can't fault Andrews customer service. From start to finish he was easy to work with and when there was an issue which was out of his control, he did everything he could to make sure I got the car I wanted. He was just fantastic.

Everything is alright with my Volkswagen Polo. Since driving away I did notice a chip in the window screen and the spare key wasn't working but once I made Andrew aware of this, he's been great at getting the issue looked at. As far as the customer service, I've got no complaints it's been fab.
