Very good service from Adam and John. After buying the car I thought it had an issue with the charging port. John was brilliant, so helpful in sorting it out even though we discovered there was actually nothing wrong with the car. It was my fault! Thanks for being so helpful and pro active.

The Fiat 500E is fine, with no issues with it. There is a service light on in the car, which will require going to the main dealer. I have been provided with the service paperwork for the service light that needs to be turned off. I dealt with Adam during the sale. Based on my experience, I would recommend them and go back to Motor Planet in the future

Viewed, test drove and purchased a Skoda Enyaq earlier this week. Jon and Adam were great to deal with and could answer any questions or queries I had. Car was cleaned and valeted to a very high standard before test drive and even washed the day before I collected it.
Both Jon and Adam were very honest and transparent throughout the process. The car is a pleasure to drive, and in the short time of owning it, has been just what I expected in an EV.
Would recommend Motor Planet. Have a look and you will not be disappointed !

We had a bit of an issue with a cracked wheel however, we worked with the dealership and got it all sorted. I initially dealt with Adam over the phone and then with Jon when I came to collect the Polestar 2.

Adam, the young guy, was quite friendly. It would have been nice if I could have gotten a bit more assistance with getting to know the BMW. There were a few issues to start with as I was unfamiliar with electrics, but the IX3 is a very nice car.
