Jon was very helpful, the car was in pristine condition was cleaned like new. There was a tear in the tyre that my local garage picked up, Jon offered to replace and cover the cost of this, which he didn't have to do but it was really appricated that he offered. A fair and trustworthy garage. Would give them a 5 definitely.

"T-Roc"

I wasn't actually planning on buying a car and was wanting to look around a few different places but then I saw the T-Roc that was for sale, it was a 1 litre, good insurance so I decided to go for it. There was a few little hiccups such as an issue with the car which was a struggle to try and get it sorted but Motor Planet agreed to do it and did in the end. I did also want to take the car home the same day but was told it would be the following weekend. However I did actually manage to get it the next day so that wasn't much bother at all. Overall I am really happy with the car which is the most important thing. I'd rate my experience a 3.5.

Really pleased with the car I bought from these guys, but even more so I can’t fault their service. A minor issue arose within a short time of my purchasing the car, and they were fantastic at ensuring the issue was sorted ASAP and any concerns I had were managed. Their service, assurances and genuine concern were something else! As someone who works in customer services I can’t fault their approach! What happened was outside of their control, but they were amazing at helping to make sure things were dealt with. I would absolutely recommend them, and when it comes to changing my car again in the future I will most definitely buy from them again. And as an added bonus - puppy cuddles from the Motor Planet dogs!!

The Mitsubishi Outlander I bought has been perfect, I have not had any problems at all. Adam was the salesman who helped me on the day I came down. I am a mechanic by trade, so I came down and looked over the vehicle. It was all straightforward, and I was happy with everything overall.

5 Stars - Motor Planet were great very quick and open response to questions, they were happy to share details of the cars history that they had. The car has been faultless, they fixed minor things in between paying the deposit and pickup. Price was very competitive. Smooth hassle free process really.
