I was looking for a competitively priced low mileage car for my niece. The sales process was easy, the car was well presented and delivered to home on the day and time agreed. My niece is very happy with her new car. Friendly and helpful sales process. She seems v happy with the car.

5 - Car is great, no hidden problems or skeletons in the boot. salesperson was excellent, helped sort the car tax and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. Would buy from motor planet again 👍

So far so good in regards to our new car. Adam was great. He was patient, didn't rush us, he helped us with directions when we got lost as we had travelled from over 400 miles away. He really went above and beyond for us. The only downside is that the window wipers are very bad and need replacing. However I'd still rate a 5/5 due the great service.

We were searching for a Golf specifically and that is when we came across the one that Motor Planet were selling, this one is the one that appealed to us the most so we made the journey from Sussex to Manchester. When we arrived at the dealership, Adam had everything there ready for us, there was no long delays or messing about it was appricated. The golf was as shown in the advert in regards to the images as well as the description. Adam was very helpful, he took our car as part exchange and off we went. Would give the experience a 5/5.

My new MG5 is absolutely superb, we charged it at the house the other day, and it went to a range of 250 miles! For a 22 plate electric, that is brilliant. We did all the buying process over the phone, and again it was brilliant. They were happy to chat about anything and answer any questions we had, and I'd definitely recommend them and give them 5 stars, 100%.

I thought the guy at Motor Planet was spot on, to be honest. On the way back from the dealership, one of the belts went, so I contacted him, and he was upfront and said, 'Can you get it to a garage, get the work done, and send me the bill, and I'll pay it?' No accusing or trying to avoid it, and for that reason, I'd give it 5 stars.

The VW Tiguan has been all going okay for the minute, We had a Amarok previously we had it for a few years and just fancied a new one, We seen the Tiguan liked it travelled up to Motor planet and got it, whilst we were there the customer service was good.
