Not sure if I have heard of Motor Planet before. I was in the market for a larger car such as a Qashqai or a Sportage but this Ecosport ticked all the boxes for me. There has been a slight issue with the electrics in the wing mirror but the gentlemen have been really quick and helpful with helping me get booked in with the technician. I must also mention that Adam, the salesman, was really good. Made me feel comfortable.

The car and service were great. Jon did not make me feel pressured and I was comfortable within the dealership. I wanted to feel like the decision to purchase the car was made by me without influence and that certainly was the case. Looking specifically for the GLE, I drove 3.5 hours to take a look at the one at Motor Planet and it was definitely worth it. Cant fault them!

My overall experience is deserving of a 5 star rating from start to finish and soon as I arrived felt a warm welcome and I felt comfortable and I didn't feel like I was being pushed for a sale as some other typical garages they let me take my time test drive the car take my time to decided and very good customer service and helping me out sorting out things big shout out to Jamie and John a good family business I would recommend to family and friends
