In general my Ford Focus has been a good car. Jon was helpful throughout the process, he was able to answer all of my questions about the Focus. The dealership was nice and clean but the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the steps don't have any handrails. Everything else was great.

After a couple of good runs out in my Corsa from Motor Planet, I'm happy to say that it's been perfect! I can't remember the name of the salesman but I was very happy with the customer service.

Absolutely love the car and it was a pleasure to deal with the team. The only thing I noticed was it didn't come with a tyre inflation kit in the boot and just a little bit of moisture build up in one of the lights, but I'll speak to the team about this and see if they can help. So far my experience would be a 10 and if I can get the inflation kit sorted I'd make it a 10+

Overall it has been a very seamless experience! I had a tiny issue but once I made Jon aware of it, he was quick to get it in and repaired. To this day the issue hasn't come back around and I couldn't be happier with how he handled it, it's been sweet. I couldn't ask for more.

It wasn't actually myself that was involved in the sale of my Volkswagen Tiguan, it was my partner who delt with it all. But from what I've heard, he was happy with how everything went and on the day of handover he didn't have any complaints. As for the car it's been perfect! We honestly love it, happy to give top marks.

My Mini Cooper is in good form from Motor Planet. I've had it serviced recently, and they advised me everything looks great, so I'm happy. I'm just waiting for a spare key to arrive before giving 5 out of 5.

From the beginning and to the end the whole buying process was perfect. We got AA to take a look at the car and give it a once over to make sure everything was okay and after it got the all clear I took it. The Polo has been amazing and running without any issues.

Everything is now going great with my Ford Focus. I needed to pop it back in after driving away to get a small issue sorted out, but they got it in and sorted quickly with good communication throughout, so I knew when to collect it. Jon was really accommodating of my situation. My car had broken down, and I needed a replacement on the same day, so I called the team up and they were happy for me to view the Ford even though they were about to shut. A quick look later and I took it, it was a super quick turnaround and I'm grateful for that as I really needed a car.
