Q3, 10 years old, 34k miles on the clock. From start to finish the service we received was superb, Jon was so helpful and a real nice guy. Nothing was too much trouble and the car was delivered to our home in Wales at the time advised. The car was in pristine condition and it's so smooth to drive. Also spoke to Jamie just to say thank you and, again, said ring them if we needed advice on anything. We just couldn't fault these guys and I would highly recommend them if buying a car. Thank you so much.

My Hyundai Tucson has been superb, I’m over the moon with it, like you wouldn’t believe! Everything about the process just fell perfectly into place. The team at Motor Planet were super friendly, easy to deal with, and incredibly helpful. They were full of knowledge, and I genuinely trusted what they said, which is so important when buying a car. Getting a car can be stressful, but they took all that stress away. Honestly, the experience couldn’t have been any better. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Honestly I couldn't recommend Motor Planet enough. I'm very happy with my Kia and the only issue I've had is to do with tracking, but I spoke to the team and once I send the invoice across, they're going to pay it off, so I don't have any issues.

Overall, my experience with the dealership has been great. The car has been perfect and running well, although the start/stop function doesn’t always start first time but it's something I can keep an eye on. Adam was really good, I felt he took the time to go through everything with me, and even set up my tax on the iPad, which was a huge help. I was on my own when I went to see the car, but he made the process easy. There was a bit of a wait while the car was having work done, before collecting it, but I was kept in the loop the whole time. Luckily, I was on holiday, so the timing worked out well.

Since most of the sale was done over the phone/email, I didn't meet Adam but he was a great help over the phone to get everything sorted. My Audi TT has been perfect, it's a lovely car and it was an easy process. It's got to be 5 stars.

I recently took my Mercedes C-Class in for an MOT and was quite nervous about it. However, after speaking with the salesman on the day, I felt much more at ease. He was completely honest about the condition of the car before it went in, which I really appreciated. The MOT passed with flying colours, and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was great with no pressure at all, just genuine, helpful service. The car was great value for money.

Very happy with my Volkswagen Passat! The only thing that isn't very good is how much fuel it needs, but otherwise, it's going well and it's been an amazing car. Adam was great on the day, he allowed us to test drive the car before purchasing it, which made deciding to get the car a lot easier. I would give 10 stars if I could.
