These guys are very nice and friendly. They made me and my friend feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. They let us both take the Kia Soul for a test drive to make sure we were happy with it and comfortable with the purchase. We were more than happy with it and given it was already spotlessly clean we decided to take it away that day. It is still running very nicely and I am really happy with my decision!

As a trader myself, I am always quite critical when I am buying a car. I buy a lot of cars to do them up and sell them on so I have a lot of experience with how car dealers can be and I can be quite hard to please. Luckily for me Motor Planet Ltd were really good. It was my first time using them but Jon and Adam were brilliant and I would definitely go back to them when I am next in need for a car to do up. As a trader that is the highest praise I can give as they have left an impression on me even amongst the many dealers I have used before.

I saw a Citroen C4 Cactus on Autotrader and thought it looked in a good condition. I had a look at the reviews for the dealership before I went down to check that they had a good reputation and was happy to find they did. When I went to Motor Planet Ltd to look at the car they helped me a lot and had good customer service. They got everything sorted for me and definitely lived up to that positive reputation. My Cactus is very good and I am enjoying driving it a lot. I have done over 700 miles in it already!

Whenever I have bought a car in the past I have always taken someone with me to ask questions and things but this time I had to go on my own. I am so grateful that Jamie was reassuring and understanding as he made me feel really comfortable and like I could ask anything I needed to. He went out on a test drive with me so I felt supported at every step. I just can't praise the guys at Motor Planet Ltd enough, they were absolutely brilliant. They made sure my Renault Clio was sparklingly clean when I took it away too! I love my new car so much, I am always out in it. My work is only 2 and a half minutes away but I love the car so much that I will still drive 😂 I just want to be in it all the time, especially now I have figured out the music controls on the steering wheel! Every 30 seconds is a new song haha.

I am quite happy with how the sale was done. Jamie was great, nothing was a problem with him. He made me feel special with the way he handled things, he explained everything in detail without making me feel rushed. There was no pressure to buy anything or take on any of the extras it was just supportive in the sense of letting me know what they can offer and how they can support me moving forwards. It was all very courteous and flowed lovely. The back up from the AA and the insurance they offer to get you from A to B is brilliant and just makes it all seamless. My Renault Kadjar is brilliant, I absolutely love it. I am out in it everyday popping to the shops and things. I probably spend more time cleaning it than driving it, it is my pride and joy. It is just nice to be able to put my own touch on it when I clean it and put some love into it.

Jaime was really helpful when we wanted to purchase a car very quickly at short notice. Delivery was going to cost alot of money, as we were 170 miles away, Jaime suggested we travel to collect and offered great advice on ways to do so. We video called to see the view the car and arranged to collect it the next day. My husband travelled by coach and Jaime collected him from the airport as planned for the rest of the journey to Motorplanet. The car was as described, in great condition and ready to drive away as promised. Such a pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.
