⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS FROM US!

I can't recommend Jon and the team at Motor Planet enough. I'm so happy with the service I received, I felt the need to write this review - They totally deserve it. Never before have I met car salesmen who are as polite, helpful, knowledgeable or as all-round brilliant as the team here. I've uncovered a few minor niggles but the chaps have wasted no time in getting me booked back in, with parts ordered there very same day. I'll finish my review with a rating of excellent - they're worthy of a 10 star rating and I have nothing more to say really!

I've had my new Jaguar XF for just under a week now & have just ran it all the way down to Suffolk for the weekend. It's not put a foot wrong in over 220 miles, so I'm chuffed to bits. The whole sales process was a bit of a whirlwind if I'm honest - The dealership was packed and I managed to rush Jamie along to complete paperwork as fast as possible which suited me down to the ground. The quicker the turnaround the better as far as I'm concerned. I can't fault the lads at Motor Planet & would like to thank them for their hard work.

5 star service throughout & my Mini JCW is absolutely fabulous

I really love my little Ford Fiesta - I use it daily for nipping back and forth to work and it suits me down to the ground. I think what stood out to me most about Motor Planet was their exceptional customer service - they were super pleasant and friendly from the moment I enquired, and Jamie was extremely helpful and professional throughout the sale. I'd definitely buy another car from here in future & have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Having owned a BMW 3 Series abut 10 years ago, I couldn't wait to get my hands on another. Facebook must've read my mind (or listened to my conversations I'm not exactly sure which haha) as a sponsored ad popped up at the most opportune moment for THE exact car I wanted, which happened to be at Motor Planet. I've bought a couple of cars without seeing them, so took the plunge & paid in full immediately. We had slight issues with their haulage partner but the owner of the company called and apologised profusely so I can't complain - Adam & the team did a fantastic job. Thanks Facebook - I'm a happy man!

I wanted a Volkswagen UP as there's literally zero road tax and insurance is cheap. I've not been driving for years so it's proven difficult to find a new car that doesn't cost the earth, but the UP ticked all of the boxes and looks pretty cool too. My parents took me to Motor Planet where we met Adam. He was absolutely brilliant - we couldn't have asked for more. He arranged a couple of test drives, answered all of my dad's questions and was just super accommodating all the way through. He managed our expectations really well - I've been let down by other dealerships over promising and under delivering in the past, but it just wasn't the case this time around. Both me & my parents would definitely buy another car from here - Fingers crossed I won't need one for a bit though!

I've been in the motor trade myself for over 35 years, but my son was determined he didn't want anything we had in stock He's got different taste compared to most 17 year old lads, and wanted a slightly older model car. He found a Peugeot 106 advertised by Motor Planet, so off we went to take a look. I ended up collecting it on the trailer the following week. It's still on the drive as we speak as he's not yet passed his test, but he's enjoying tinkering with it at weekends. The car's pristine for its age & the chaps at Motor Planet did a great job. I've got 9 kids so no doubt they'll be seeing me again hahaha!

Motor Planet are pretty local to home, so they were naturally my first port of call when upgrading my car. Luckily for me they had the right car at the right price at the right time - perfect! Jon's communication was brilliant from start to finish. I had a couple of teething problems in the first week or two, but he booked me in & sorted me out without hesitation. I think a good measure of a reputable dealership is how they respond to issues, and I can't fault these guys.
