Bought a BMW 1 series, had bother with getting the car. Was not ready on day of collection and spent lots of time in the garage getting "fixed" before i could pick it up. After an arranged delivery day the salesman was not in on the date i had agreed to pick it up. He came in to hand the car over and was not happy about it. On the way home the TPMS light came on the dash. Had the car checked over and it was in a state, should not have had an MOT. I tried to arrange to hand the car back as i only had the car a few days and was well within my legal right to hand the car back for a full refund. I was told that i could not hand it back, they were not helpful at all. I was told i would have to take them to court to prove i could hand it back. I started the court proceedings, and got a letter from their solicitor trying to scare me with telling me deadlines that they could not legally do. I got my own solicitor and got the ball rolling on taking them to court. After a few weeks of back and forth and them not being helpful at all 2 people came to my home address with my car on the drive and covered the front in petrol and set fire to the car in the early hours of the morning. This was obviously related to the garage as they knew i was in the right on handing the car back and knew they would loose at court. WOULD NEVER RECOMMED TO ANYONE, NOT HELPFUL, LIED THROUGHOUT.

Bought my campervan online and over the phone. Peter Merelees salesman took me on a video tour. Had vehicle delivered to me in Scotland. Had some problems with the camper but all got repaired with no issues. Motorport agreed for a oral garage to carry out repairs to save returning for their garage to carry out the work, which would have been further convenience. All in all great service, communication. Nothing too much trouble.

Bought this vw polo car for daughter in February paid extra for 15 months warranty (which was a waste of time paying for) as it wasn’t getting used much as she was still learning to drive. When purchased we were told the sump had been changed as it had an oil leak. A few weeks later we noticed a patch of oil on drive, phoned them up they said keep an eye on it, the guy didn’t say there was a time limit on when to phone and didn’t realise it was still leaking until it was parked in a different spot, when phoned back they said it wasn’t covered. But could take it to them to look at at our cost!! Had another garage look at it and the sump isn’t fitted correctly!! Which they fitted!, Very disappointed☹️😡
Restored my faith in used car garages after a very recent bad experience. First thing we noticed was how well presented the cars are here! Gleaming and such a good choice. We dealt with Peter, great guy, and bought a super cute 500 l in bright red! The whole process was great, no problems whatsoever, really friendly, no pressure, just great service! Agreed to buy a car with 12 months mot advisory free they supplied a piece of paper with no advisory but after getting the car checked it should have had several advisories and probably shouldn't have passed an mot Selling potentially dangerous cars
