Had this car a week and love it. A special car by anybody's standard. Looked at other dealerships for similar size cars but this felt right from the start of the deal. I Part-exchanged my car and within the week the car was mine. Mark was absolutely spot on with his handling of the deal I couldn't expect anymore from him and the dealership, even the young lad who worked with Mark was polite and non pushy during the process. I part ex'd my car for a ford mondeo which I seen it was a good price on the day of collection the car had been valeted to a very high standard and immaculate. After few days I noticed issue with 2 tyres which where at there legal limit and even though it passed its mot I wasn't happy I informed them told me to bring it in but I went to a independent garage and advised me the tyres need changing so I went ahead and got 2 new tyres I informed mark and Peter which they were very helpful and Brilliant and as a good will gesture gave a cheque for 1 of the tyres these guys are brilliant for a small garage they bend over backwards to help you. Far better than these multi million pound garages who are just after your money and there after care sales team are rubbish but these 2 guys at motorport newcastle are very helpful and friendly staff members

The second I walked into Motor Port Newcastle I was welcomed by two friendly faces Mark & Peter, I went to look at a Black Ford Focus they were very helpful and gave me information on the car. I returned a second time with my partner and again they were very friendly and helpful.
