Well here's my review about Motor Port Newcastle and its all good. I've always wanted a Jeep and had been looking for quite a while and hey presto found that Motor Port had one in, exactly what i was looking for, low mileage and immaculate inside and out. Straight away i gave them a call. I spoke to Mark and advised that my interest in this car was genuine. As you can imagine I had a lot of questions as we were buying blind. Mark was happy to answer them all in a polite and professional manner. All was sorted out for me to go and collect car a few days later, we travelled over 200 miles via train to collect. as you can imagine i was apprehensive but had no need to be. Upon being collected by Mark from the Station and arriving at the garage i saw my car (Jeep) for the first time. All i can say is wow it was beyond my expectations, in the photos it looked beautiful but in reality is was my dream car. All I can add is that Mark was very helpful and the process was so hassle free. So we had the 200 miles to drive home in the new car. this was the test itself i suppose. It drove beautifully all the way home and i could not stop looking around the car feeling so lucky that i had found this car, Sorry i forgot to add It had, had a full service and MOT before leaving the garage and was advised any problems Motor Port would put them right. I'm not tempting fate though, just to say i'm blown away with this car. Many Many thanks Mark and team well worth the 400 mile round trip. Keep up the good work and wishing you all the best for 2019

Went to motor port newcastle to view a 2012 honda crv that I seen on ebay must admit the car looked in fantastic condition had no big sales pitch of the salesman and decided to buy the car. on picking up the car it was presented too a almost new condition immaculate. have had a couple little niggle problems with the car but have had no issues with motor port fixing them. overall I would buy again from motor port I never read any reviews before I went hence me leaving 1 as I have had nothing but a positive experience. thanks guys.

I called Motor Port Newcastle and arranged to see a car they had in stock. I arranged the time I was coming to look at it and duly arrived after a 50 mile drive (which they knew I was going to have to make) Having looked at the car I agreed to test drive it - after even going so far as to agree the trade in value for my car..... Imagine my astonishment to be told by the salesman that because I was looking at this car and a completely different type of car at a different garage they would not let me test drive it unless I swore that I would buy it. (Or lied to them and said it was the only car I would ever consider owning). The salesman announced that this was their policy. I told him that if he insisted on this and I had to go elsewhere for a test drive I would be honour bound to buy the car from the company with whom I did the test drive. He didn't seem to care. Ironically I told the same 'evaluating two cars' to the other garage who were happy to give me a test drive. Guess who I bought a car from that afternoon? So very different from Motor Port were happy to waste my 100 mile round trip. If they had been less idiotic and (frankly) disrespectful of their customers I would probably have ended up with their car.

Mark at Motor Port Newcastle sold me a Nissan Juke which I’ve had for 3 months now and it’s been perfect. No problems at all and I’ve done quite a lot of motor way driving in it. I part exchanged my old car, which he gave me a great price for, and a lot higher than the other local dealers. Thanks a lot Mark, I’ll definitely come back to you for my next car.

Bought an Audi A4 S line last week from Motor Port Newcastle.We put our car in part exchange and after a little bit of haggle, hopefully got a good deal.We must say that Mark handled the exchange very well as did Dean and Peter.Well guys just been on a 120 mile run with the car and can find very little fault with it.The car was well presented also.Thanks to you all. After reading the negative comments on google I decided to "risk" visiting Motor Port Newcastle to view a vehicle I was interested in! And glad I did! helpful staff went out of their way to answer all my questions! no pushing when I decided to go home and make sure I had all the information I needed before completing the sale! a member of staff staying after closing to wait for me finishing work on day of pick up! Don't hesitate to make your own judgements to many people forget these cars are used and won't be perfect through no fault of the garage!
