I have been really pleased with the service that I have received from Motor Range - I had been to numerous garages looking for quite specific things on the vehicle that I needed to buy (for towing) and have usually been met with blank faces. I dealt with a young gentleman called Matt at MR and I can honestly say that anything he didn't know, he went out of his way to find out and double check in a friendly and efficient manner. AFTER FAILED FINANCE CHECK, I SAID I WOULD COLLECT TODAY AND PAY CASH, INSTEAD ON A BMW 535D 65 PLATE I TOLD MANAGER ON SUNDAY THAT I WOULD COLLECT TODAY, WHEN I CALLED TO SAY I WAS ON WAY THEY TOLD ME HE HAS GONE HOME IN THE CAR. ABSALUTE JOKE, THEY MUST ONLY WANT TO SELL ON FINANCE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I bought my first car on Thursday. I have received an excellent service. The was a minor problem with the car when I came to collect it on Saturday but it was fixed immediately. I'd like to thank Kevin and Nathan for excellent service.

I called into motor range with no idea what i wanted or what i could afford. i sat down with a salesman called Lewis who was very helpful and reassuring and after 15 minutes could tell me what cars were in my budget and would fit my requirements. Lewis then took me to the BMW 3 series they had available, i then test drove this car and loved it, i knew then that it was exactly what i wanted!! Lewis then took me through the process and explained everything to me very clearly with a free cup of tea and told me what the next steps were. A week later i drove away with my perfect car that was in my budget. Lewis made sure that everything was perfect before i drove the car away and even rang me a couple of days later to check i was happy with everything. A very happy customer thanks to Lewis and the team at motor range!!!

After signing for a car deal , I decided to cancel but the staff from finance department spoke in a patronising manner and didn’t sound like he listening to me and he was speaking down to me .. you can tell they were annoyed and were saying how they have wasted so many hours but that’s part of the salesperson job .. I am putting a formal complain in to ombudsman

Travelled from North Wales after seeing a car online as a present for my wife's birthday. I contacted them online and booked a test drive only to arrive for the car not to be there, then the sales man kept trying to show me numerous cars that were at least £1,500 more than the car I had seen. I Subsequently checked with them over the proceeding week and made different test drive bookings for the same car, which they did not have in stock. This is called a ghost car in the business, whereby the dealer advertises an almost too good to be true car to get you to their site then tries to push a more expensive car on to you. I do have screen shots of all the online conversations, online advert and names of everyone I spoke to. ......AVOID!

Got it spot on about being deceitful mate. They added options on the finance without telling my Wife. The finance increased in monthly payments. Didn't find out till we got contract a week later, had to ring finance people up and explain the miss selling. Got extras taken off and payments reduced. Have sent emails complaining about the mis selling of products without informing the punter but as yet had no response. Maybe this is why George thinks he next in line to the owners because there is no come back.

Saw a fabulous Seat Leon at £7800 on AutoTrader. Live chatted with one of their agents who informed me I could come down and test drive when I found your review about ghost cars... I rang the dealership. Lo and behold, the car isn't on site but "they'd had offers that morning" and the only ones they had were priced £9000 and above. After informing him of so-called ghost car reviews he promptly hung up. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Second time I've been to motor range to buy a car, Ash could not have been any more helpful, doesn't pressure you at all and does everything needed to make you happy, I would recommend motor range but definitely ask for ash!

When picking up our new car the original salesman was not in so we were dealt with by another salesman Ash. Although Ash wasn't getting any financial benefit from the sale (commission) he went out of his way and spent a long time sorting out a couple of queries we had. He also made sure we were completely satisfied with everything before we parted with any money. He is extremely helpfully and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend him and Motor Range when buying a car.
