Brought a car from Motor Range, wasnt happy. Took it back, and the sales guy, Paul ( different from the first guy i dealt with, wont go into that ) was so helpful and thorough. I couldn't actually believe the difference between the 2. Highly recommend him. Pleasant service, cant thank him enough for all his help. Very very happy customer :-)

Daughter got car delivered from Motor Range. Three weeks later after 11 days lost power they said it was fixed gave her back in stead of courtesy car then blamed her driving for it.

I recently purchased a new car with Motor Range Dunnings Bridge Road and I couldn't have been any happier with everything I experienced on that day! From start until finish I was looked after so well by Joe and Brian who were both so friendly and professional! I have been to many car dealerships over the last 10 years and this new Motor Range impressed me by far! I asked to test drive the car there and then which I was able to do immediately, an hour later the car was mine! Everything was so smooth and quick and it makes things so much better when salesmen know what they are talking about! Back in September last year, I purchased a Skoda Activia and up to now I have had no issues with it. When I bought it the dealers were helpful and friendly and the car was a very good price, I would recommend.

Spoke to an advisor and settled on a gentlemans agreement for a car. Set off on a 40 mile round trip to arrive and be told the car had been sold!! Explain the circumstances to a salesman who pointed me in the direction of a car £500 more expensive, I agreed to pay the extra and was told I would have to take out a separate 2k finance deal! 2 hours later I asked for my keys back and Carl said he didn't have them, after trawling the forecourt 20mins they were in his pocket! Terrible service from the outset,wasn't even offered a drink,avoid Motor Range like the plague.

I had a similar experience but I had a 110 mile round trip and was offered a car that was £1400 more than the one I had gone to see.
I got my car in September been back to repair three times. Its in there now as I write this, been in service for 3 weeks. There is no communication to what's going on. I phone and they say I phone you back and no phone call. I am gutted, I will never go back there.

Bought a BMW in December 2016, and to be fair, I cant fault the car. I had a slight issue with wheel balancing which caused the steering wheel to shake at motorway speeds, but it was sorted out in one visit (although the reception didn't want to book me in!!!). Service in buying the car was fine, but after after-sales is pretty bad! They didn't settle my previous car finance until literally the day before my next payment on my old car was due, which left me with the stress of not knowing am I paying for one car or two cars this Christmas (Sales director gave me everything but a yes or no answer - not great service in my book) Worst of it is though, I have had to apply to DVLA for my own logbook as Motor Range haven't sent the forms off, I was given the correct V5/2 form so haven't had to pay and the form took less than 2 minutes to fill out, but still, a supposedly reputable car dealer no sorting out log books really makes me think I should have gone elsewhere - will never recommend Motor Range to anyone as its the little failures on finance and logbooks that make me worry - if they can cock up basic car dealer transactions, imagine what their doing under your bonnets!!!!

Had my car for 8 months now and its been broken from day one and every time it go's in to be fixed it comes out with new problems. I do not recommend Motor Range to anyone.

BEWARE first of all forgot to settle the finance for previous car so in month one got billed for both cars previous and new one took them a further week to sort out then car had fault went back twice without possibility of courtesy car then after waiting 2 further weeks for courtesy car turned up to be told wasn't booked in 6 weeks after buying car still not right absolute joke

Went to motor range maghull 6-10-16 spoke to Andrew Seddon told him what we needed he said there was one coming in 4-6days we agreed to wait for it left £250 deposit he gave the reg kx63jtz it didn't arrive after 7days so he lent us acar 13-10-16 still no car after 11days returned his car and a asked for dep back? Told him we found acar for £ 1117 less and on 15 plate they had my car on show 21-10-16 for £9670 not £10495 they where asking me for wondering if was because where in our mid 70 his attitude upon. Asking deposit back was disgusting it turned from nice guy to an ignorant horrible person if anyone is looking for a car don't go here.
