Just picked up my Kia Sportage, it is a 2012 model and in great condition. However on collecting I noticed a new, quite small, dent in the near side rear door. I pointed this out to Dave who has been handling the sale, he quickly fetched the manager who then inspected the new damage. This has been noted and they are arranging a courtesy car and fetching the Kia in to repair. Not the best thing to find on collecting your new pride and joy, but they have (so far) dealt with the whole process in a professional and polite manner. I have also noticed the rear tail gate lights are not working, even though it has a fresh 12 month MOT. I will pick this up with Dave and report back when both the door repair and light issues are resolved. So far I really cannot fault them....only thing I would say, when spending a large sum of money with any garage....put the kettle on guys A cup of coffee would be appreciated.

Rang up about a Ford Mondeo that Motor Range had for sale and arranged to look at it. When I got there the car had been sold, they knew I was coming but didn't bother to call me to say the car had been sold, anyway cut a long story short purchased a Vauxhall Insignia, paid cash but wouldnt knock any money off, when I picked the car up was told new mats was in the boot which was 2nd hand and there was a front mat missing the other one was ripped. The car was supposed to be valeted but the wheels were filthy, anyway drove off noticed window screen chipped, called next morning no one called me back ended up getting it fixed myself in the end. I was told the car was fully serviced (I strongly disagree) had it 6 weeks now and done 2500k and it's saying it needs a service, the customer service is rubbish avoid this car dealer.
Nick at Motor Range was a great guy, they really sorted me out. I was looking for a decent estate and they had just the ticket. I've been driving it for 3 months now and it's not put a step out of place.

My car has been a nightmare, clutch pedal snapped clean off as well as various other faults, in the process of trying to get the car replaced, clearly others have had bad awful experiences too, avoid this dealership.

I didn't have a problem with my actual purchase I got the car I wanted and the price I wanted for my part exchange. My issues came about two weeks after the purchase date I got a phone call from my old finance company asking why I had cancelled my direct debit. I explained I had part exchanged the car on the 17/6/2015 the outstanding balance had not been paid by Motor Range I phoned them immediately four times I was promised a call back it never came. So I drove twenty miles to the dealership the day after they assured me they had sent a cheque well before the settlement due date however it wasn't drawn by the finance company so in affect it was the finance companies fault. My finance company Startline insist no cheque had arrived which I believe because Motor Range didn't send it via recorded delivery. At this point I was really concerned that the outstanding finance wasn't going to be settled and I would have to cancel my holiday in September this caused friction and upset between myself and partner I reported motorange too the local cab, trading standards & financial ombudsman Eventually a cheque arrived on the 14/7/2015 fourteen days after the final settlement date this took three days to clear making it a full four weeks for Motor Range to clear my finance. This in turn cost me an extra £78.04 in extra interest on the finance.Motor Range actually phoned me on the 18/7/015 and left a message offering to pay. I called them back but the person I need to speak to doesn't work weekends. I am away until 21/7/2015 and will be calling him back then and telling him exactly how much aggravation they have caused me.***************Update on 21.07.15. I've spoken to Stephen Pearce today he states he has received a fax from Startline stating that I've paid extra because of their late payment. However he wants proof from me that I have actually paid. This has just made the situation worse not taking my word I've paid the extra interest because of their mistake once he's got proof he'll forward me a cheque***********

Would not buy from Motor Range in Liverpool ever again and advise people not to either. I was misled about previous owners, car is still missing parts. I have contacted Trading Standards, just waiting for reply, avoid Motor Range at all costs.
Loved my car and service was excellent friendly staff.. Car was clean inside and out and I received all paperwork. very quick and efficient service. I would definitely consider using again if I decide to change my vehicle.

Selected a car after a painful purchse from here a couple of months earlier, wrongly thinking experience may be better. Agains was told the service would be done, again it wasnt. Asked that the car be given a valet to remove cigarette smell, not done. Was then told the repayment would be higher on second visit to purchase car - this was because of an admin fee we werent informed of, neither of the 500 pound exit fee at the end of the finance. Purchased additional insurance for parts and labour, unable to get the details as printer was broken. From the 30th July to date (20th August) I have rang each day and requested to speak to someone, calls go unaswered or not returned to obtain warranty details. Each time I have rang they have said each advisor was with a customer and they would ring me back. Have requested to speak to the orginal salesperson Andrew Seddon on numerous occasions and without reply.
All done really quick and smoothly thats the best thing to say about my Vauxhall Insignia from Motor Range Ltd. The only reason I havent given 5 stars is because i did have to take the car back a few times because of a problem, they did have it all sorted for me just could have done without that. At least they fixed it so im happy with that. I would go again and recommend others to aswell
