I bought a car just over a week ago from Motor Range and it had a repair to be done. After the repair was done, it looked no different than before so I asked the manager why it’s the same and he was very rude to me, saying it’s fine and that they are not doing anything else. Also I was told that it would be replaced, if not repaired (which it looked the same as before). I understand that it couldn’t be replaced however, he had very bad customer service skills for speaking so badly to me and my Dad. However, the sales man Josh who sold me the car was great couldn’t fault him for anything that he did.

Absolutely horrendous service from Motor Range! All well and good on the day when they take your money but after care is awful. I was forever ringing them to get my car fixed and was always told they would call me back and heard nothing!!!! The staff pass no messages on so you have to repeat yourself over and over again and they are not arsed at all. Complete waste of time!!! AVOID!!!!

Had issues with Motor Range from day 1, sold the car and promised all sorts of work which I had to contact the finance company to hold their money to resolve. As they just got rid of me anytime I tried to book in(should of known then and just give them the car back) couple of months in I'm having electrical problems, battery problems to be told I have no warranty it ran out at 6 months, its now the 7th month. Oh and just learning my car is probably a recall and is out of warranty with Volkswagen also. Surely they should have known this before selling!!!!

Ohh,long story,i bought an 15plate A4 from Motor Range Liverpool because my pcp a6 was going over miles limit and i was desperate to buy a car to can go on holiday with it. This A4 had a problem with the flywheel and when i call them they said they got no time to fix it in time because i had 4 days before my ferry was booked. I went to them but in a same time i had a booking with audi for inspection. When i get to Liverpool (i am from Stoke-on-Trent) they agree to check the problem and after aprox 1hour i had my car back and the service manager saying they can not hear the knocking noise. I said ok i am going to Audi in Stafford which they found the flywheel faulty along with the front shock absorbers which was leaking (this was stated in a mot advisory and they did not replaced ). I rang Motorrange again and i told them i have the report but they said they want to check it again. Anyway this was with 3days before my trip. I said ''no problem ill go with my A6''. After 2 days i remembered when Motorrange took the car for inspection ,i had my sat nav with built in camera and i start watcing the videos to see what check they did and I WAS SHOCKED. The mechanic took my car in a garage which was sitting there for about 20 minutes and nobody checked anything after that the same mechanic took the car for a test drive (not needed for that issue) and he went to (i assume) his misses to a tanning station to visit her and he spent about 5 minutes there after that he drove back to Motorrange with nice loud music. I sent the videos to them and some manager rang me next day when i was on my way abroad to try to gain my trust again. I told him i do not want now the car repaired but i want a different car and i will distroy my holiday to come back in 2 weeks time to sort out the problem. He supposed to call me back in afternoon time which did not happen. I came back after 2 weeks ( loads of expenses from my pocket) and they took the car back and i had a diffent car from them an E350 16 plate in a same day when i had to go back to cintinue my holiday. On my way in Germany the steering wheel start shaking baddly when braking . I had the car checked abroad at mercedes and they said is not covered by manufacturer warranty because the front disks and pads are the very cheap quality replacements. I sent an email to Motorrange and nobody called me. I came back and i sent another email followed by a call to Mototrrange and i was talking with a lady from service and warranties which told me they not put genuine parts in a cars and i want genuine i have to buy the parts and they will replace for free. I said there is a problem with the disks and she said they are brand new. In the end i called mercedes for a booking and to be checked the disks. VERY VERY BAD because i bought aother 2 cars few years ago from them. I do expect after this review to recieve a call from them but is not enough. I still got the videos which soon will be uploaded to youtube

I was rather apprehensive to go to a car supermarket to be truthful but motor range had the car we wanted for the right price. The fellow we dealt with ,Ashley ,was the complete opposite of what you expect a car salesman to be and really went the extra mile for us ,he made the whole experience as trouble free as possible. I recently bought my first car from motor range near switch island. I was so excited to buy my first car after saving up for it for a long time, sadly this excitement was taken away by the unfriendly sales guy who just messed me around. First of all he kept calling me the wrong name, then patronised me the entire time. I agreed to pick the car up at the end of the week, and about half an hour before picking it up I received a phone call saying it wasn't ready. Anyway whilst I was finally buying the car, he was complaining the entire time about how tired he was. Me and my brother were not impressed. Awful, worst customer service ever, do NOT buy from here!!!!

Not happy bought my ford fiesta in Feb from Motor Range, so far after 2 weeks of having it I've had to get tracking don't 4 new tyres new battery wipers not pleased after paying £5000 in cash for it

Bought a 2 year old fiesta from Motor Range just over 2 weeks ago. Once I got the car home noticed that the floor matts were missing and it became clear that the vehicle was leaking oil (Despite me being given a document confirming that the vehicle had been inspected for leaks). Called motor range and they booked me in to fix the issue. Once there I was advised that my vehicle hadn't actually been booked in at all, but they arranged for someone to look at it anyway. They confirmed that the car was leaking oil from the gear box but told that they couldn't do the work as the vehicle was under warranty - I was advised to contact Ford to book it in with them and that if the warranty did not cover the work motor range would pay for Ford to do it. When asking about the missing floor matts just fobbed off that I need to speak to my 'sales rep' who is currently off sick. Took it to ford who diagnosed the same issue (and confirmed that it had been leaking since before I purchased it) but advised me that it would not be covered under warranty. They contacted motor range who then refused to pay for Ford to do the work and told them I would need to take the vehicle back to them to repair!!! Ford advised against this as it could invalidate the warranty. Worst customer service ever, being passed around 10 different people to try and speak to a manager and getting fobbed off left right and centre. Had to take 2 days off work and now looking like i'm going to have to take a 3rd. Car will be returned at the weekend if they dont sort this out today!!!
