He delivered the car exactly on time and kept me updated on His journey progress
to my chosen drop off location on WhatsApp.
When I need another car I will definitely use Chris's
Excellent service.
Also He recommended a very good mechanical breakdown warranty.

I bought a BMW X5 and Chris brought the car to me to save me having to travel to him. There were a few bits I wanted Rectifying on the car before I bought it (cosmetic as I’m a perfectionist) and Chris got these sorted as promised to a high standard, The Service was perfect start to finish and I would have no issues recommending this business to anyone. Thanks Chris chuffed with the car. Saw you sold my car that I part exchanged quickly aswell.

Chris was extremely knowledgable and gave my wife and I a thorough overview of the car and it’s features when he initially visited our house to show us the vehicle.
Having purchased the car, he then did a comprehensive handover when he delivered it.
It’s certainly been a more positive experience than any I’ve had with any other car dealer.
I’d highly recommend Motor Smart Ltd!

I don’t often write reviews but felt compelled to after recently purchasing a car from Chris at Motor Smart. From the initial phone call, to final delivery Chris delivered an impeccable service. I was dubious about dealing with used car salespeople having been subjected to a very different and pressurised experience from a main dealer. Chris was professional, thorough, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He was responsive with his communications and allayed any concerns I had. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chris and hope to deal with him again in the future.
