Really disappointed with Motor Store Amersham. Had an appointment to see a car and travelled 69 miles to get there. Even confirmed on the way that I was coming and they said it was fine When I got there they said car had just been sold. Ridiculous dont waste your time with them

It didn't matter who you spoke to all very polite and couldn't do enough for you. Thank you to Charles who cleared up a small misunderstanding very quickly. Very good, very helpful and thank you all. Would recommend and definitely go to Motor Store Amersham again. Thanks again.

I bought a beautiful BMW Z4 from Motor Store Amersham two years ago. I've had no problem with motor store or from the vehicle . I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
Know your rights under the Consuner Right Act of 1995. If you Financed the car the finance company is Ali liable so they will help. I financed with MotoNovo and they were Fantastc. I returned the car and received almost a full refund. Don't trust the Dealer.... the car was in the shop or not drivable for about 50% of the time I had it and they were constantly non responsive.

Terrible place.Be Aware!!Very poor customer service,not nice at all.sending from one to another.Paid deposit after promised that the car is in condition I’m looking for /all lies!!! Didn’t get 100%deposit back.The car should be ready for viewing but been told to find the car ourselves because they are busy -even after 4.5H drive to get there and having appointment exact time
We bought a second-hand Vauxhall Meriva advertised as an “ideal first car”.We were given a test drive and went to sign all the paperwork.We were then told that the MOT had actually expired recently but we were reassured that we could do it straight away.We signed the documentation and unfortunately did not realised that in one of the papers it said the car was being sold as “spares and repairs only”.At no point we were verbally informed about this or was mentioned on the advert.We feel deceived as we consider this was a misleading sell.The next day we took the car to a garage for the MOT.On arrival the steering wheel went stiff and the steering power light was showing.On diagnosis both the steering column and motor needed changing and the repair cost was more than the car.The motor store said they would take the car back and give us half the money as they insist we knew that the car was for spares/repairs.We feel that we have been fooled and would never recommend this place to anyone

Do not go near this garage if you want to lose money and buy a vehicle not fit for purpose. I've had to wait 8 months to get my money back which involved poor customer service and constant lies from the owner and the aftersales manager. They shouldn't be allowed to trade as they do not consider the 'Consumer rights act 2015' they even took my Range Rover Sport back Reg no. DK55 PBV to be repaired which took over a month which was then condemned by the AA. Once it was recovered at my cost they then sold my vehicle without telling me and wouldn't even refund me which I then had to go through a third party to claim my money back which took over 8 months. They have also opened a new garage called 'Exo Prestige' in Chesham so be aware. Please read this before parting with your money as you will not get it back without a fight and alot of stress. I will help anyone to help claim your money back as I don't want anyone else to go through what I did.

Bought a car from Motor Store and it was the worst mistake I’ve made in a long time. On my way home the car had an oil pressure issue which I had to pay for out my pocket and only a month after that it had misfire issues which these guys charged me to apparently fix. Only to have this issue appear the following day. I am now in dispute which them to take back the car as it is not fit for use.
I went to buy my first car here a week ago. It was a second hand car from 2007. I agreed to get the MOT myself as it was expired, and to change a couple of things like a bulb, a tyre that was too weared off and the oil filter. Now, what is my surprise that when I was on my way to the autocentre to do all of this, the steering wheel suddently went stiff. I could bearly move it and it happened on a roundabout so I almost have an accident! I have had it checked and it is rather the steering power sensor or the pump itself. Fixing it will be really expensive, so much that it is not even worth it taking into account that it might well cost the same or even more than the actual car! I can not believe that this is something Motor Store Ltd would not be aware of. It was never mentioned and I feel totally tricked and deceived. Will never come back!

Normally do not write reviews but wanted to share my gratitude with Motor Store, they gave me a great deal and I love my new Range Rover. Never knew I could drive away with the car same day!!! Total surprise and the whole family loves it!
