Bought a BMW x5 from Motor Store Amersham last month. It had small problem but they rectified it free of charge. Their car mechanic is great; no nonsense, straight to the point. The entire team was very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again.

Bought a car in April 2015. Overheated on second short journey. Various other problems. Refund refused. Sadly having to commence legal proceedings to obtain a refund. Will update the review if the situation improves.

Firstly I don't normally write reviews.. I should also add that I have no relationship with Motorstore LTD nor its employees. Bought a 2008 Discovery 3 from them March 2015. Found both Andy and Faris to be very attentive, non pushy, great sense of humour and generally very decent people. Unfortunately had a couple of problems with car, so returned it to them. They offered to rectify the problem, but as I'm of a nervous nature and had previous not so good experiences from other dealers I asked for a full refund. These guys were just fantastic ! Agreed, no fuss, no aggression, no bad feelings. They shook my hand, did a refund and apologised for any inconvenience. EXCELLENT. Would highly recommend, at last found a decent dealer. Will be back.

I agree! Their cars were all clean and well under market value! Extremely happy with their services, I was surprised by the professional and well behaved manner they all had. I bought a Mercedes e class which was just as described and I believe I got a great deal. I Have even book marked their website and check it on a regular basis with plans for buying a weekend sports car from them.

Went to view a car on Sunday, called on Saturday as requested on the website. The owner just said come along on Sunday and they'll be there, turned up at 12 and they didn't turn up until 13.30?? When I finally got to see them, they didn't seem remotely bothered about me and almost didn't seem to care about helping. I had a £4000 budget but would have gone much higher had there been any advice at all, the car was in much worse shape then advertised and was a lot more expensive then other dealers who are selling much better examples of the model. I think this guy has somehow got a bit to big for his boots, the other review on here must be him or one of his employees, don't go here.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! This company has amazing quality cars for low prices they only seem to deal with good running cars that don't have problems. the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. no need for women to feel intimidated to go alone to this company they give the best deal and are honest with no pressure at time even if you have no idea what you want go along and have a look guaranteed to see something of interest always a good range.
