These dealers are absolute rip offs. I am taking them to court. I drove 2 hours from Newcastle I was 8 and a half months pregnant with my first baby. I had put money from my old car and all the savings I had saved up into this car to give my baby a safe and reliable car. 9 days later I had my baby I couldn’t drive for a few weeks. The car started to not start and when it eventually did had smoke come out of it. My baby was 2 weeks old and we broke down on a motorway with a lorry behind us putting his life in danger. It was the dpf blocked. They looked at the pipes they had been blocked off the faults had been turned off. Further my timing belt was 3 teeth out needed replacing and I’ve just found out I need 2 new injectors. Costing me a total of £1800 which I’ve had to lend from my uncle. I’m a single mother in my 20s. They told me I should not of took the car elsewhere to be fixed even though they don’t fix cars ? I don’t know about cars only a mechanic told me what they had done. And that it had paint more than likely from a crash. Please never ever buy a car from these nasty people putting lives at risk

Very happy with service, comfortable environment, car was as described no serious faults one warning light came on but was covered under BMW warranty and dealt with swiftly. Would definatley recommend to family and friends.

This Dealer is a complete Cheater. PLEASE REPORT THIS DEALER WHOEVER HAS BAD ENCOUNTER WITH HIM. TELL TO AUTOTRADER/TRADING STANDARDS ETC. ONLY THIS WAY HE CAN STOP CHEATING PEOPLE. He sold me painted/damaged BMW X3 as new undamaged Reg Number YH13 ZGZ for £28500. It had an engine leak on Day 3 and I took it to BMW and they told me the real story. He was blaming me for taking it to BMW when I was told it is under BMW warranty. He didn't pay me full refund. I never had that much stress in my life that this car dealer gave me. He buy cars from Auction and then sell to customer without disclosing full information. Its a long Story but please please report this dealer to Trading standards/Autotrader and also Im going to take him to court for the fraud he did to me. He also sold my old car that I part exchanged with in a week saying its gone to auction.

REGARDLESS OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON HERE YOU CANNOT CALL THIS DEALER DISHONEST. I recently purchased a high end luxury car from them for a considerable sum which had been accident repaired. One thing you must understand is accident repaired cars will always have minor niggles which will need tending to. The lads here where more than happy to iron out the bumps when I returned 3 months later and not only that gave me a courtesy car whilst I was awaiting repair of my car. In all I saved about £6000 of the market value of my vehicle and all it cost me was an extra trip to their garage a few hours away which I believe is excellent value for money.

Absolutely fantastic service. The dealer was totally honest and down to earth with no hard sell tactics at all . They gave a fair trade in price for my old car . Would absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to several friends looking to change their vehicle

Basically its wht u pay wht u get. These guy sell accident damaged repairable cars. If u dont like that dont buy. I buy I am always happy. I know wht I am paying for so stop crying do ur homework 1st........

i bought a cat D scirocco from these guys. have had the car for 6 months now. problem free, very nice car, nice place, honest genuine guys. they have a lovely selection of cars.

I purchased a car from this garage over a year ago. I have had nothing but problems with this car. I took the car to a main dealer last week only to find that the car has had the front end completely rebuilt with parts from other cars of that model, where numerous bolt and fasteners where missing making it totally unsafe to drive, along with a long list of other issues, including leaking gearbox. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I am currently pursuing legal action on this matter.

I purchased a car from this garage in halifax and they was problems with it While I was waiting to make payment the sales man requested one of the workers to make sure the fluid was topped up Not thinking anything of it I drove away to find the head gasket was slowly releasing water and the sales man assured me they would be no problems. They offer you a warranty that won't help if anything was to go wrong. They cleared all the warning lights before I arrived and they only apeard a day after I had bought the car *******WARNING TO ANYONE VISITING THIS GARAGE ******

Hello, The Clarkson's here, me and my wife brought a mini copper from this dealership needed some work doing to it, once it was complete the car delivered wash & clean, saved me time and the wife loves it to bits so that's double points. Would recommended to family & friends happily :)
