The sales process was very good, but unfortunately that's where it ends in terms of my experience. I bought an 04 plate Golf just under a year ago. Within three months, the exhaust started to blow and diagnostics showed that there was a problem with the catalytic converter. This needed replacing at a cost of over £500. I contacted the warranty company and they explained that it wasn't covered. I then contacted Motor Wise, explaining how disappointed I was that this major fault had transpired within such a short space of time after purchase. I had paid a decent price for the car and expected it to run without major fault for at least a year. Motor Wise didn't want to know, they even suggested that the fault may be attributable to my driving in some way. Nearly a year after purchase I have had to replace the battery, traction needs sorting and the bonnet clasp went and I couldn't shut the bonnet. I regret purchasing the car from Motor Wise.
The staff at Motor Wise have been really helpful and friendly. I bought a Ford focus from them in February. It was clean and as described and they gave me a very good price for my old car! I have had no problems and I would recommend this dealership.

Bought a Ford Focus ST from Motor Wise Lincoln and I could not be happier. The service was outstanding. A very good warranty put into place for me free of charge which I have not had to use at all! Still running perfect 6 months later with no problems at all! Sales team are very easy to deal with and good fun. I would buy again and again from this place...SUPERB!
Back in May I bought a Suzuki Swift from this dealership, A few weeks after purchase there were a few issues and some parts needed replacing but this was all sorted very quickly with no hassle. Other than that the car is in very good condition and it was good value for money. Happy Overall.

I went to Motor Wise back in April and bought a jeep. About a week ago the top radiator nearly blew off! after having it checked, luckily it was just the thermostat so I was lucky! and the warranty covered the cost. There were a couple more minor cosmetic issues that were not mentioned on the add as well but nothing drastic. I couldn't say that I would recommend this dealership.
