Motorclass just superb service faultless Motorclass , Having just been Broken into at home ,and my car stolen I didn't think had the heart to start looking for a replacement car , I found what Iwas looking at Motorclass and cannot praise the care and consideration i was given under the circumstances every one was just so very professional ,Calum you are a star young Man so polite ,caring and understanding, I hope you get some praise Calum form your manager ,I walked into your show room a bit deflated and walked out with a smile on my face knowing stage 1 of getting back on our feet has been completed, from the heart thank you so much for all you have done nothing was any problem at all what a fantastic company to purchase a prestige vehicle from . Motor Class Wigan, more like Motor Crap Wigan. I have had my Defender nearly 2 months now and I have gone through 5 different members of Motor Class team to have answers on rectifying the issues with it. The issues are mainly down to poor quality refurbishments of painted accessories on the vehicle, I literally have blue spray (from the callipers) sprayed up the side of the vehicle, Stevie Wonder could have done a better job. Finally, and most harrowingly, when I collected the vehicle, Motor Crap weren’t in receipt of the V5, so were unable to send it off, however I was assured it wasn’t an issue and they would call me when they had it to complete it correctly before sending off. Anyway, 4 weeks later, I return home from a long weekend to open the post and there it is the V5, albeit with the wrong details on, my first thoughts are, great…. What about road tax, checked on the DVLA website and guess what, no TAX!!!! Alan, Anthony, Mike, Alex, Craig…. You should hopefully be pissed off by reading the above, try being in my shoes, who has literally had zero communication back from you, I have been the one ringing and ringing to sort this out, now it’s your turn. Next step is I will be going to Trading Standards.

Fantastic customer service from Craig was so helpful and so informative allowing me to comfortably ask questions. Very helpful when i needed enquiries. Bought a fantastic car and offered me a great advice and service, he was so amazing. So picked up my c43 AMG today! From motorclass Smooth handover car was immaculate they even did a full clean inside and out. From start to finish Craig really looked after us. He made us feel valued and answered all our questions and believe me I asked alot. He took the time to ensure we were 100% happy with everything and talked us through the cars features prior to leaving this is a first for me normally it's there's the keys bye!
