Purchases one of my bikes, clearly listed as a non-runner, for a bargain price. Sends a courier to collect it then tells him not to take it because it won't start! I turned down 6 different offers on this bike on the basis that it would be collected today! What a tosser!
I very strongly recommend not to have dealings whatsoever with this business! I eventually managed to arrange an appointment to view a bike as communication was hopeless and it felt like the owner had no interest in selling anything. I spent some time and effort and expense travelling to London and saw the bike, a 1989 BMW K1, which looked okay, so I agreed the advertised price and left a deposit. I subsequently discovered I had not been given a proper receipt and the owner seemed oddly reluctant to respond to my request. A couple of days later I got a two line text saying the bike was no longer for sale, for 'personal reasons' and that was a huge surprise and disappointment!! My deposit was swiftly returned and bizarrely I have just spotted the bike is once again advertised for sale with a £1,500 price increase! Unfortunately, several other customers have had similar experience and I echo their advice - avoid this motorcycle dealer!

Bassel from motorcycle giant sold me a bike in Australia and it arrived damaged missing parts and barely running.i can't ride or rego it cause of alot of mechanical problems. He was dishonest and ripped me off.i do not recommend bassel itani or motorcycle giant(motorcycle engineering)
Denying all wrong doing even when it is undeniable. Don't buy a bike from this guy it isn't worth the stress and the abuse he will give you if you point out the what he miss-sold or how the bike isn't what he said it was. He will talk down to you, he will lie and twist things to make it seem that you are making a big deal out nothing. Don't give in if he takes the bike back he will just rip someone else off. What a Shameless man.

booked in for a basic service which my normal dealer does in around an hour and half, booked in with motorcyle giant as it was round the corner from work, made alot of effort to get there and back to work, finished work at 3pm rung the garage to find out that could take up to FOUR days to do which is ridiculous clearly dont even keep basic stuff in stock, but no once was i was told it would take that long complete waste of time, cant believe they can be a main dealer when it take 4 days to do a basic service, wouldnt waste your time

My bike was bought from Ebay. Bassel ( owner ??) buys without reading the description nor carefully analysing the pictures. To make things even worse....The delivery driver ( his partner) upon arrival asks " ok what's your final price ?" It's a joke! Clicking "buy" button on Ebay is not an option. When you buy , you are committed to actually buy. I would avoid these lot !!!!

Scott in response to They bought my bike from ebay
Hi, I'm the delivery driver for motorcycle giant and Scottish and have never renegotiated a price with any bike being purchased. Your comment is malice and unfounded.
Wow, where to begin, as a long time customer this place has helped me in so many ways. Services are well performed and bikes well priced. You simply cannot fault their service and their commitment to their craft. Their selection of bikes is vast and nearly always has something for you Been going for 5 years and for many more hopefully.
Sold a bad bike, was previously crashed bit they didn't highlight that. Complained and they refused to refund. Avoid as not an honest dealer.

Scott in response to Poor service and misleading description
Every bike sold that has been involved in any kind of insurance claim is very clearly advised and also written in the advert. Anyone looking at the website will clearly see that on any bike that is for sale.
Avoid Motorcycle Giant. They won made a successful offer on ebay for my bike. I was then left dangling for eight days .then they pulled out. Wasting my time and money. They simply do not care a bit.
Scott in response to Unprofessional and none caring
You were not left dangling for 8 days but we did pull out due to the bike being very poorly described by yourself on your advert. If you were honest in your description why would we pull out? Always 2 sides to a story but being honest should always be a seller's first priority, and you weren't.
Avoid Motorcycles Giant by any cost!!! I bought a motorbike that was a Cat N , and I haven't been informed about it. After they deny it they said that they didn't have to inform me because it was on the advert.I never saw the advert because I bought the motorbike at the place without seeing the advert, even so,the law says that the " declaration must be clear, even if the car has been repaired to its pre-incident condition". "Declaring a car's Cat N or Cat S status is essential, whether selling or part-exchanging it. The new owner could sue you for damages in the absence of a suitable declaration". Looks like this isn't the first time for them... By the amount of 1* rating that they have.
