Bought a car from Motorland Gloucester, initially thought was a good place as customer service was friendly enough. Only to have issues after a few weeks , water pump went and their warranty didn't want to cover , only accepted as a boss was friendly with warranty people but loophole was we had to pay to replace the cambelt that had 10k miles on as it had to come off to do the work and they wouldn't cover that as the job as a whole . List of other issues since , found out was sat idle for at least a year as wasn't moted or serviced since 2016, this was not disclosed at purchase. Sales people got aggressive when asking about sorting other issues that totalled 1500 and didn't want to know. Wasted money buying something that should've been scrapped when they recieved it. Highly recommend avoiding unless you want to have repairs monthly and always be on edge if and when the car will break

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL CAR DEALER. Motorland Gloucester need to be reported to rouge traders and named and shamed. They will sell a car to you, then make you buy a warranty, which is worthless. Had a fault with a car which I purchased from them, went back to explain that there was a problem with the car. They did not want to know (Ian) even though I have only had the car for a couple if weeks. I shall be taking this matter further legally. This place needs to be shut down.
Had my last 6 cars from Motorland Gloucester. From when the the owner Ian started trading he has always been very helpful and I have never had any problems.

Motorland Gloucester sold my mother in law a dangerously defective vehicle and refused to correct the fault or offer a refund! The warranty they offer is totally inappropriate and not fit for purpose as is the vehicle. DO NOT BUY from this company.
Disgusting customer service at Motorland Gloucester. I had faults and they would not fix them!!
Motorland in Gloucester took my money found faults on car costing £3000 to fix. Dealer puts phone down when I call, does not respond to letters... take my advice avoid at all cost. He sells cars with faults and will not repair, all he says is that warrantry will cover it. It doesn't and then only to £300 our total repairs are £3000. He, IAN BERRY also has complaints on google, I wish we had seen these first now we have to save again it took 3 yrs to save for the car we bought from him. HONDA did a health check and the car is not fit to drive
