this review relates to Hyundai franchise. Although the garage appears to be efficient it is let down terribly by staff communication with each other and the customer. On several occasions I have been let down by my faith in their abilities . A big problem is telephone answering with long delays in them calling you back or not bothering at all. Staff not listening to your information about the car.and the number of times you have to remind them. I guess its down to poor management at Motorline Canterbury.
The customer service from the guy I dealt with at this branch of Motorline on Westminster Road was good, There was a little bit more of a delay than I would of liked which was when they were getting the car ready but the paperwork side of things went smoothly. In summary for my experience with Motorline Canterbury I would say they were efficient in their processes and I was happy overall. I would recommend them.

My experience with Motorline Canterbury was eqsuite. Everything i cam eacross with the was great, their knowledge and value for money for my Peugeot 3008 was super. Absolutely consider visiting this place if you are looking for a quality car.
