I bought a car from them in 2022 bucket of S*#t i fought for 6 months for them to take the car back and get my money back I was also fighting Cancer. I never gave up and I won in the end. Douglas is an arrogant twat trying to fob me off but I never gave up I see they are now closed for a second time they will pop up again sometime AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Bought a car from Douglas over 2 years ago and it’s been nothing but s money pit clutch and flywheel went after passing mot that Douglas took it for within a week of having car the engine management light came on Douglas wasnt responding to no calls text nothing, the place has had its named changed multiple times he’s mad a fortune selling dodgy cars and yet again it’s been closed for selling dodgy cars

Bought a car, loads of problems, returned it within 30 days as by law due to not as described, never received full money so raised court action, James McGhee who is not the owner, contested court order then never took action to anything the court asked, this company is still owned by Charles Sandeman, the conman who ran Glencross Motors, just uses another individual to have name against company as was bankrupt. STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS

Was looking for a pick up and found this place. I have already had issues. From a rattling to the tailgate not being the original. Key doesn’t fit and it won’t lock meaning anyone can gain access. Tried calling, emailing, what’s app. No reply. Once they take your money that’s it for them. I wouldn’t go back and would not recommend to anyone. I will be placing this review on many sites to make people aware stay clear !!

Took a £500 deposit and claimed the car was in excellent condition, when car was delivered it had scratches, alloys were terrible, engine bay hadn't been cleaned in a long time and car had been smoked in by delivery driver. Have been misled to, and tried to get portion of my deposit back but they have been ignoring my calls and texts. Shocking behaviour.

Collected my car from Douglas yesterday. We went in on Saturday quiet late as well and he stayed later just so we could give it a test drive. Then he work Sunday to make sure finance paper work etc was sorted correctly so I could get my car as soon as possible. This guy is very polite and down to earth and communication with him was always back and forth he never left me hanging for a reply. He deserves 5 stars and I definitely would use him again.

after buying a car from gt autos which was bought for 130 scrap sold to me for 3k which was eventualy returned; going to see douglas that morning was brilliant car was bought that day returned for service then today returned for miner panel jobs all complete will return for another vehicle no problem give douglas over a 5star rating and im in retail myself and work in edinburgh happy motoring for the first time in years you deserve a wage rise douglas ask for one;

Found a car online that I was interested in, applied for finance online and was contacted the following day to arrange to view the car. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere with no pushy sales nonsense. I was left to look over the car at my own pace. Great selection of cars to suit all budgets. Car was delivered on time, cleaned, full MOT, services and other minor issues repaired. A very nice and easy car buying experience. Thank you.
