Did a 37k transaction with Ewan at MotorMile Motors recently (whom I have known many years) something I was unable to do with big motor dealers, was so professional and knowledgeable ..so much am placing another similar turn of the year

HAD GIVEN DEPOSIT AND DEAL FELL THREW AND BEEN SHUND FROM PILLER TO POST YOU CALL THEY DONT ANSWER WHEN YOU GET ANSWER USING DIFFRENT NUMBER THEY SAY ITS IN THE HANDS OF THE ACCOUNTANTS FOUR WEEKS LATER ITS STILL NOT ARRIVED ASKED TO PAYPAL IT ACCROSS AND THEY APARRENTLY DONT KNOW IF THEY HAVE THIS FACILITY BUT THEY ADVERTISE ON EBAY WITH PAYPAL [SMELL SOMETHING ] STILL ONGOING WILL UPDATE LATER SO BUYER BE WARE HAVING KNOW TO CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS

Purchased a Vauxhall from Ewan at Motormilemotors hassle free, introduced himself to me left me alone to view all the cars even to the point that if there was nothing here we can check the website to there other garage Ancrum Autos which I found my car little corsa worked out my month payment with no deposit which I found a really good rate compared to the other garages I had visited in Dundee everything that was going to be done to the car was done great service which I find hard to find these days in general in any market selections would recommend this garage to family and friends. 100%.

First time bought at Motormile Motors was told through a friend to pop in very helpful had a good feeling when walked in ,left alone to walk around all cars were open to view , the salesman was very helpful was surprised on my monthly payment very low there rates are very very good, i will be back for another car very shortly for my other half,had an issue with the car about a month after buying the car, car was booked in the repair was done one very happy customer will be back have sent friends in who have purchased as well, first class**********

I recently purchased a car from here, very happy with car, after purchase I noticed a tyre was needing replaced which they done straight away great service.

Steer clear of Motormile Motors!!! Bought a 2011 plate car from them 10 weeks ago. Car looked immaculate on the outside however after having my mechanic look at the car the sump is leaking oil, the brakes & discs are in very poor condition, the gearbox has a leaking seal & the tyres are just legal & no more. This car 'passed' an MOT. I only use the car to get to work etc there is no way I could have caused the problems on this car. The garage were dismissive & unprofessional, told me it was all wear & tear!!! The sump is badly corroded & leaking that is not wear & tear in 10 weeks!!! They refused to call their mechanic while I was there to book me in asap to have the repairs done. I was told not to tell him how to do his job. They expect me to drop my car to them so they can take the car to their mechanic without me being there. I would not trust them as far as I could throw them. I now have my own mechanic doing the work & I am seeking advice from trading standards.
