I recently bought a car from motor mile motors and the service was just as I had hoped, no pushy sales, any questions asked were answered and I went away with a good purchase, I just wanted a car for getting around and that's what I got, Douglas was friendly and helpful and he even got bits and pieces I asked to be given a little touch up before I got it touched up, nothing but great service I highly recommend.

bought insignia 2.0cdti full mot and service included,took it to my usual mechanic opened the bonnet about a ton of leaves under it,never been opened,back brake discs dangerous no pads left discs all scored,douglas you seemed genuine its about time you changed who does mot/service because vosa will,as my friend is inspectorate

after buying car waited a month on them sorting the handbrake for mot then drove it home and it became apparent there was a fault on the gearbox took it back they booked it in and returned with same fault that they could not find took them for drive they booked it in again came back with same fault they told me to come back in but to my surprise the place all locked and no one there they just ignore all emails since then have had the car checked independently and the amount of faults run into more than the cars value £10000 i am on the pension so i am left with a complete bucket

Bought a car from Motormile Motors, nearly a year later still NO RECEIPT given, after asking Douglas many many times. Car had a fault when we bought it and they took it back twice only for it to arrive back with the same problem and scratches on the seats and another 140 miles on the clock. Ended up when we put it in ourselves to get fixed at another place they had overfilled the oil beyond belief. When buying the car... Douglas asked us if we wanted a new timing belt on and I asked him when it had last been done he said he did not know so I agreed at a cost of £250 then when I picked it up it had in the log book the date it had been done and it was nearly new only 30,000 miles since last one was done, so he knew all along. Douglas has refused to answer any of our calls for months on end . Real bad experience.......... BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!

Bought a Kia Sportage from motor mile motors . Douglas was the salesman car would be ready in a week picked it up everything was fine ; their was a couple of small issues phoned Douglas the car was picked up all issues sorted car was dropped off couple days later all fixed very good service from Douglas.
