Terrible mistake and never again. Paid a deposit and ended up buying a £30k car less than 18months old without any mention of the scuffs, paintwork damage, missing floor mats and only 1 key. Was offered a good value for our Part Exchange only for that to be reduced significantly on the day of our appointment. Our NEW car developed multiple warning light faults within hours of the purchase. After they had our money their attitude to us and level of customer service took a turn for the worse in a big way. My sincere advice to all those reading this review is to stay away from Motorpoint and stick to a proper main dealership or a decent reputable company. If you have no choice then please make sure absolutely everything is 100% before payment - do NOT give any deposit beforehand.

I recently purchased a car from motorpoint Birmingham and the agent made so many promises when I was buying the car that were never fulfilled. The wiper was supposed to be replaced, the brackets on the rear shelf were broken. Sent emails and numerous calls and what did I get nothing. Ignored what a joke.

I “ defected” to Audi this weekend after years of driving Mondeos. Whilst I’m happy with the car itself, I’m really pee’d off by unfulfilled promises from Motorpoint. I pointed out a defect in an alloy and a chip by the number plate and under the bonnet everything was just filthy and full of sand. “ All this will be sorted before you pick it up”. The alloy wasn’t so they said for me to get it fixed and send them the bill. When I got the car home neither the chip nor the cleaning had been done. Clearly empty promises. I live miles away so it’s not like I can “pop” it back either. Not impressed and they won’t get return business from me.
My 1st visit to Motorpoint Birminham was to find the vehicle i had in mind, as there were non on site Chelsea took the time to go through stock and find me the perfect vehicle for me, as this Vehicle was locted in Newport Wales Chelsea made the arrangements for the vehicle to be moved to B'ham so i could view, Chelsea was so pleasant and helpfull and offered all the help i needed. On my return to view the vehicle I was shown and completed the handover with Demi! Again a lovely young lady who was helpfull and pleasant to deal with. All round an excellent Service by Chelsea, Demi & Motorpoint Birmingham. Many Thanks and certainly worth the visit Bev
Treated like a valued customer from start to finish fair deal on the car and trade in then our new car was prepped to a high standard on pick the whole transaction went througj so easily
Bought a car from here and had nothing but problems since I left the garage with poor customer service, no communication and incorrect documentation with car... would never ever recommend anybody to buy a car from here
