I called Motorpoint Burnley on Thursday about a car I knew they had bought the day before. I spoke with Kirsty who informed me I couldnt see it as I had to wait for it to come onto their system, but she said she around call me as soon as it was possible. I told her I would very much appreciate that as I knew the previous owner and I knew that the car was in mint condition and I would be very interested in it. On Saturday evening I saw the car on the website but it wouldn’t allow me to reserve it. The car was no longer on the site on Sunday. I got a text about a missed call from Sam on Sunday and when I spoke with him he informed me that a member of staff has bought the car. Kirsty?

Nick was the gentleman that dealt with us today. He was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. He made us feel like we mattered. He didn't rush, or pressure us and spent time to talk us through everything and answer our questions. A big thank you Nick. Peter was another gentleman that engaged with us when we were looking at cars a couple of days ago. Again, very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend Motorpoint Burnley. This is our second car we have bought from them.
Excellent experience yet again. No pressure sales very happy once again. 😀

The BMW I bought from Motorpoint was spotless, really really clean! The service I received there was also excellent, kept me informed the entire time and got everything sorted for me nice and quickly. Cant fault this dealership and would highly recommend!
