This is the second time of buying a car from Motopoint Widnes. To be honest I wouldn't go anywhere else. Right from the start my experience was first class. It started with meeting a young sales assistant named Sophie. She led me to the car I was interested in . She handed me the keys and left me to it .I inspected the car inside and out. And decided this was the one for me . On the day of picking the car up Sophie was great. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. I would really like to thank Sophie for making my visit memorable. Thanks Sophie your a star 🌟

Avoid at ALL costs!! The worst service we have ever received in our lives from what is suppose to be a “well respected” company. It is far from! Sold us a car, 32 days later broke down, refused to help us and said it was down to the warranty company. Turns out they missold us the warranty. General Manager got involved, told us to get a full strip down of the car which cost £450 and she would reimburse it once things were sorted. She lied. Said she could only refund us £300 and that she “had no one else to escalate things too” acting as if she owns Motorpoint. Had to speak to the CEO of Motorpoint to get our full money back. Sold us a dodgy car, missold the warranty, refused to help, lied constantly, was without a car for 76 days and about £2000 out of pocket. Have a 5 page document detailing everything that happened throughout. Would give it minus stars if we could, disgusting service! Avoid like the plague!!!

Bought car 11t Oct engine management light came on in early Jan rang them they told me to get a diagnostic report done which cost me £180. Was told it was going to cost £3000 to repair they said they would see what they can do. Long story short they have done nothing won't cover on extended warranty I tool out and now have been told it could be timing chain this car.had.11.173 miles on when I bought it. They ate now saying I haven't drove it enough I use motorways regularly. Never again would I go here
I have always dreaded the ‘Supermarket car sites! However I visited one on Saturday for the Ist time… Motorpoint Widnes… from the first phone call the service was excellent. Met by Ewan Cartwright at the door and nothing I mean nothing was too much trouble for this young man.., His professionalism, knowledge and customer service was unequalled to any previous car showroom experience I have encountered. I actually didn’t purchase a car from him as the model I wanted wasn’t there but I was open to others. He willingly showed me around…. Arranged 2 test drives for me.. all with a smile great humour and fantastic knowledge of all the vehicle on site…. I came away really wishing I could have bought one of him. Well done Ewan… keep it up… you will go far! also a shout out for all staff and the cafe lady …. Excellent customer service all around.
Poor choice of cars, poor customer service. Poor condition of the cars (Obvioys accident danage) Hound you to take your details. Stay clear!
Several weeks ago contacted Elliot at Derby location who was helpful and not at all pushy. He obviously tried to up sell me on various programmes they offer for the vehicle of your choice but I declined of which he accepted very graciously. The car was delivered to Widnes location as agreed of which I paid £99 transportation cost which was fair enough as the vehicle was a good price. Met Dan at Widnes and test drove the vehicle which had sufficient fuel without any worry of running out and decided to buy the vehicle. I used my current vehicle as part ex of which I was given a very fair price during my initial contact with Elliot at Derby location. Everything went very smoothly and I have to say it was a relaxed and pleasant experience. Elliot and Dan were very professional, friendly and helpful at all times so I give a special mention to these two Sales People. As a final word I would like to mention I hope all potential buyers are aware that all manufacturer dealerships (in my case Peugeot) can be tricky to deal with if you need to contact them for any reason afterwards regarding questions and assistance. Understanding how the car supermarket operates they will not offer the same detailed service you would get from a dealership but of course you are not paying dealership prices. On that basis you have to make your informed decision who you purchase from. Due to my personal experience I would highly recommend MOTORPOINT as your first point of call and go from there.

After ordering Motorpoint Widnes supplied the wrong colour , chose another a month later and they increased to price by £400 no apology, not suprising the financial year for them has been dissapointing
Sophie AT Motorpoint Widnes was very nice and knows her stuff. Jake ok for new starter.
