Bought a car from motorseeker.com, broke down on my way home, tried to return got told I have to offer them one repair, took more than 1 month to repair, wasn't repaired properly then got told I can't return it because it's been over a month, ridiculous customer service, do not buy from them. Hemorrhaged over £3000 to repair the car and its needs more work done. Please stop scamming hard working family people and get some morals instilled you.

I purchased a Audi A3 from Motorseeker back in July. I have had a couple of issues with the car. One of which was the boot lock which the dealers said to get done at a local garage and said they would sent the funds across which they still haven't done. The car was also very dirty and the back tyres were balled when I received it. I would not recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Firstly, I have to say I have no one but myself to blame for placing my trust in Motorseeker but I liked the car and chose to put my trust in someone else for a change. There are ongoing issues with the car, not least of which the transmission interlock which allowed the car to roll away causing several thousand pounds worth of damage to itself and other vehicles and the risk of death or serious injury in trying to stop it. (the day after collection) The suspension compressor failed, Lee French dealt with the supply of a replacement but not before calling me abusive names and saying that he was above the law and the sale of goods act and in his words which I recorded during the phone call "I'd get nothing out of him if I persisted" He then hung up. Clearly a man that cannot handle being challenged. There are items that should have been picked up on the MOT test or their own inspection sheet but, surprise surprise..... Lee tells me it's up to me to prove it, well, I have handled a number of these kinds of issues for other people in my professional capacity so here we go! I've no doubt this review will be taken down as Lee French only likes praise. I know the car is no spring chicken but all I asked for was an honest inspection / MOT. I seem to have received neither.
