I would give 6 stars if I could. From the start, the service was very easy and quick, they went above and beyond to help sort out financing on a Sunday so I could drive away the same day. A few days later an issue with the vehicle was quickly resolved by their aftersales. In 17 years, they are the best dealership I have dealt with. I would look to go back and have already recommended them to others.

Purchased a Dacia Sandero so we can get from A to B, and it gets the job done. Found the service at Motortrust to be good, no issues from me.

Bought a Toyota Corolla in January, and it's absolutely running smoothly. Had great customer service, the process was smooth. Some room for improvement is maybe offer a drink whilst looking but it wouldn't put me off looking at what cars they have in the future.

Buying with Motortrust was a straightforward, pretty smooth process, although it could have been quicker. Vehicle is driving fine.

Purchased my Mercedes-Benz A-Class back in January, and I am enjoying the car so far. During the sale, Ben provided a good service, which I appreciated. However, I have since noticed the tyres are worn, as was the steering wheel, otherwise the car is going well.

This isn't the first car I've purchased from Motortrust, and there is nowhere else I would go to get a car because the customer service is excellent. It's been a few months now with the car, and it's getting on great.

Fantastic service when visiting Motortrust to purchase a vehicle. I just needed a reliable vehicle that does around town, and I found what I was looking for. No issues with the buying process, and I appreciate they left to view at my pace and didn't follow up with asking questions. On the day of collection they were running late, so they even filled up the car as compensation.

What a lovely car. I took it to Cornwall and back recently and it was spot on. I even took it for a health check and all was good. The lads were very attentive and accommodating.. as I live so far, they video called me to show me around the car. No BS at all with these guys,
