Initially, I had my sights set on a Suzuki Vitara at a dealership in Manchester, but I wanted to test drive one first, and Motortrust UK were able to offer me a test drive much sooner. This dealership did not only offer me a test drive, but they also handed me the keys to a better deal, so I went ahead and bought my car from them. Motortrust UK, you've won my heart. Your excellent service, fair deals, and willingness to let me take my car for a good test drive sealed the deal.

I discovered Motortrust on Instagram, and I’m glad I did. It’s refreshing to see a dealership on social media that connects with customers and provides valuable content. My journey began with Adam, a salesperson who set the bar high for customer service. The process of collecting the car was smooth and efficient, and the financing options were clearly laid out, leaving no room for confusion or uncertainty. Every detail was explained well, demonstrating the team’s commitment to transparency and customer care. I was so impressed with my experience that I’ve already started recommending Motortrust to my friends. It’s not often you come across a dealership that makes you feel valued and prioritises your needs.

The car purchase was successful. The problems started when picking up the car. Missing equipment such as an EV charger, an EV charging cable, and a tow bar were taken from other cars and given to me. Then I found out that I had to pay an additional £199 for car check on top of the price of the car. I would like to mention that I did not order such a service. The seller said everyone had to pay it. You have to be careful because the price of the car in the advertisement is different from the one you have to pay. Then, when picking up the car, my mistake was not checking the second car key. At home I noticed that the extra key was not for my car. I contacted them but they said they received such a set from the previous owner and now it is my problem. The sellers care about you until you sign the papers, then they don't give a damn about you. I have not received any response to my numerous messages. I had to inform my insurer that the seller delivered me a car with one car key. To sum up: if you have to buy a car from them, be careful. They will try to deceive you at every step and then you no longer exist for them. I honestly do not recommend this seller and recommend avoiding him

My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them to proceed with extreme caution. There are plenty of other reputable dealerships out there that genuinely care about their customers and provide a much better experience. Honestly, they have put me off wanting to purchase another car from a dealership again. Initially, the sales team were friendly and accommodating, I had to chase a few times due to issues with the car after purchasing however overall I had no major problems. Eight months later, I find myself still entangled in issues with this dealership, despite no longer owning the car. To make matters worse, my attempts to address these issues were met with mockery. In a recent conversation with Adam, not only did he laugh at my concerns, but he also allowed his colleagues to join in which I could hear over the phone. Don't waste your money buying a car with this dealership, they have been a nuisance and I'm now sick of chasing.

Similar to my own experience, I found Adam to be extremely rude. I wouldn’t go here again, feels like a back street garage with 1970’s behaving staff.

AVOID! Bought my car in January informed them of a noise coming from the back of the car on the TEST DRIVE got told the cars been sat still it just needs driving for a few weeks!!! Had it 2 weeks and figured it had a crack in the exhaust. Called many of times finally got it booked in to be looked at to which the company refused to sort the issue (apparently your not covered in your warranty for mechanical issues) my finance company ended up paying for this to be fixed which was £300 2 weeks after being fixed engine management light then comes on and now I have another issue. MOT and services are apparently carried out on all vehicles but highly unlikely a crack in the exhaust would form within 2 weeks. Not reliable! Don't take any responsibility! Just want your money!
I bought a car from Motortrust 4 days ago and the service was excellent. I dealt with Mark who couldn’t have been more helpful. The whole process was quick and efficient. The car looked beautiful when I picked it up, fully valeted and smelt lovely inside. I would definitely recommend and will be returning when I need another car. I first viewed the website and found a car that I was interested in, I contacted them by telephone and spoke to Adam, from that point every thing moved forward very smoothly, we met at the car site and I was happy after inspecting the car myself, Adam arranged everything in good time and was very proficient in his managing of the sale from start to completion.
Great service from Mark, really helpful and made the experience easy.
Everything is bang on, I am so so happy with the 1 series, it is a great car and drives beautifully.
