Everything is bang on, I am so so happy with the 1 series, it is a great car and drives beautifully.

I was really happy with how easy and straight forwards everything was, they were spot on to be honest, they were able to run through everything thoroughly and I fully understood where I was up too. It was Ben that sorted the sale and he was great, I think if I personally was after another car, I'd come back here.

Mark was so so lovely, he is the reason I have actually returned the second time for a car for my son as he was such a nice gent. He really took care of me from beginning to end and even after, I couldn't have asked for more from him. The Golf that I bought is perfect, everything that I was after thanks to Mark. I cannot recommend him enough😊.

My Vitara has been great to drive I absolutely love it! It was in good nick and looked particularly sharp on the day of the handover. Mark, who helped me out, was brilliant, very nice, very helpful and was on the ball. He did everything I asked of him so I cannot fault him one bit. I would happily shop with Mark at MotorTrust UK in the near future.

Great and easy to do business with. Particularly easy to get hold of, which was a breath of fresh air. I was assigned a contact person(Adam) through what’s app and he was very responsive and accommodating, I was super impressed with this new way of buying, it didn't cause any headache and any queries were answered almost immediately. Highly recommend.

Other than a little issue with the air con we are flying with the Renault. I haven't had any major issues, it seems it marvellous! I had no issues at all with the customer service provided, Ben was a lovely chap, accommodating, experienced and helpful, I'd be happy to pass on my recommendations.

We had to get multiple trains and buses to come and get the Kia from the guys in Preston, and after a 5h30min journey from Bristol we finally made it! I must say the car was worth the journey too, it was absolutely beautiful. It was Ben who helped us and he was fantastic, we couldn't have asked for a nicer salesman. The car was prepped to a great standard and all of the paperwork was ready to be signed so it wasn't too tedious at all.

Customer service was a 5, the guys were absolutely brilliant, couldn't have been more helpful for us. The car I would say was a 4 just due to some issues at the beginning. Overall it was good👍.

I had the car delivered to me up in Newcastle and it arrived all on time and looked champion too. Mark was the main man and he was smashing, couldn't fault him at all. He helped us a lot actually throughout as it was all online, so any info we requested he got it across to us right away. All in all it was cracking experience, definitely recommend!
