Been okay, issue with the repair, happy with how that was handled. Customer service was really good. Course he would. 5* review. I am really happy with the BMW I bought from Motortrust a few weeks ago. It is in great condition and is running like a dream. Having had it for a few weeks now I am happy to say that not issues have arose. While I was buying the M140i everything went very smoothly and the team were helpful and friendly throughout. I would happily pass on my recommendations, and will be back when the time comes for another!

Me and my husband are both really happy with the BMW we recently purchased from Motortrust. Sadly, we weren't able to get time off together to view the car, so I viewed the car and secured the sale, and he went and picked it up. We were both so happy with the condition and how nice the car is to drive. The tea mwere brilliant with both of us, they were all so lovely and really catered to our every needs. The guys down at Motortrust were nice, and really friendly too. The customer service was perfect, everybody was polite and more than happy to answer any questions I had. I purchased a Ford Focus from there and I really like the car, its gorgeous to drive and very smooth. I recommend!

I really appreciated the courtesy call I received from Motortrust, they gave me a call to check in and see how things were a few weeks after the sale, which highlighted to me that their customer care is bang on. The car has been lovely to own so far, I have had quite a few SLKs in my time, so know the cars inside and out, and I can confidently say that I am onto a winner. I have nothing to fault the guys with, they were smashing.

Really good service from all at Motortrust. I went to view the Tiguan they had in, and was more than happy with what I saw at the viewing. The advert gave a very accurate description, so there was no unwanted surprises when I arrived. The finance process was really simple and quick, I couldn't fault them really.

Andy pretty much helped me right from the beginning up until the very end. He organised all of the sale for me, and was great at getting the car ready on time. Amazing turnaround from Motortrust, I was there for 2 hours max, and ended up driving away with my Volvo the same day! I was so impressed with how quick and easy everything was. The team were 100% the best I have ever dealt with, their communication was spot on, the finance was easy, the car was immaculate, I couldn't pick out a single fault.
