All good with my VW Golf so far. I found the car online and MotorTrust made it super easy to view, drive and buy. Despite the showroom being local to me I'd never used them before but I'd be happy to use them again, Morgan was great.

No problems at all buying from MotorTrust. It was a long way to travel from South Wales but was certainly worth the journey. They went above-and-beyond to really help me out and I'd be happy to use them again.

My Audi TT is brilliant! I can't remember who I dealt with but the process was so easy. The car perfectly matched the pictures online and was well presented when I went to view it. We're looking forward to MotorTrust UK opening their next showroom closer to us and will visit when my wife is due a new car.

My Mitsubishi L200 is doing great (touch wood) The customer service on the day was easy as everyone was really easy to get along with. I'll be back when I'm ready for a new car. I've been to a dealership before but haven't had that level of service from them like I did at MotorTrust UK. They even sorted out the tax for me. The salesman called me every other day to keep me updated on the timeframe of when the car would be ready. I didn't have to chase or anything. How can I not give top marks?

I was looking online for an upgrade and came across Motortrust UK, which had a great selection of cars. I was truly spoilt for choice. When I visited the dealership, I appreciated being able to look around at my own pace without any pressure. I spotted a Mercedes E220 and immediately felt confident that it would be a fantastic choice. The staff at the dealership were incredibly helpful, always on hand to explain the process and answer any questions I had. Their knowledge and friendliness made the experience even better. When I collected the car, I was really impressed by the time and effort that had been put into making it look clean and presentable. Only done 3000 miles in the car so far and had no issues. I got the Vauxhall Grandland for work and although it's very nice it's probably not the right car for me so will look to change again soon. The service was good when buying my car and although it wasn't quite ready on time I'm glad they put a lot of effort into getting it cleaned and ready.

The whole thing was wicked! We were choosing between the BMW here or an A1 somewhere else and ultimately it was the service that convinced us to buy from MotorTrust. Steven was not your typical car salesman, he is a genuinely nice guy and allowed us to come to a decision at our own pace over a couple of visits to the dealership. I usually hate buying a car but look forward to returning here in the new year when my partner is due a change.

I love my new Volkswagen Golf! As a female I was expecting the usual sales pitch / pushy tactics but Steven was absolutely lovely, in fact the whole purchase was fab. I found the car online and asked to be contacted by email instead of the phone as I was at work.
