Annoyingly I can't recall the name of the chap that helped me, but I wanted to come online to say what a great job he did - Everything was excellent and the car was priced right. The staff were welcoming, friendly, easy going and didn't apply any pressure which was a refreshing change! I also appreciated the gent;lemans flexibility with collection dates and times as he helped minimise disruption with work etc. Impressive and much appreciated!!

Everything about the purchase of my new VW Golf was super smooth. The customer service provided at the dealership was second to none - They're all such good guys. All vehicles were presented to a really high standard and you can tell everyone at MotorTrust really cares about doing a great job. All in all, I can't fault them!

My son bought a car from these guys a couple of years back, so they were naturally the first and only place I looked when it was time to change. We'd come to know Adam and I trust him implicitly, so when I fancied upgrading, I asked what he'd recommend to suit my needs. He sent over loads of different images etc but I ended up with a bmw. A faultless experience from the moment I stepped in MotorTrust Uk. The team were bang on at answering any and all questions I had for them, after a short test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it. I reckon I've done 700 miles already mainly for the commute to work and it's getting the job done.

Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this dealership if I were in the market for another car. I found Mark to be very accommodating and helpful from the start, middle, and end of the sale. It was probably one of the easiest purchases I've made in a while since there were no delays. Easy 5 stars.

I love the casual approach from the team at MotorTrust. There was no pushing for a sale and not once did anyone linger around, waiting to ponce on you. I was walking around the dealership within my own time and after spending time having a look I approached a member of the team. They were able to answer all of my questions and I drove away with a lot of confidence. The only reason for not giving top marks is because of the location because it was a very long drive to get here.

So far I'm getting on great with my Mazda that I purchased back in April. I had to have a lot of faith in the dealership because I hadn't heard of MotorTrust before with me living 3 hours away, so I called up beforehand to get some more information about the car. Once I was happy with what I heard, I was happy to make the trip down. A short drive later and I was being welcomed to the show room to view the car. It was great to see that the car was as described and I was happy to go ahead with it. Everything went as it should, i.e. the paperwork and signing everything over but before I knew it I was driving away.
