Absolutely wonderful my van is, I've not really had any issues at all with it. Lovely to drive and doing the job very well. Everything was really simple and easy buying from the guys, I couldn't fault them at all.

It was David who I was dealing with, and he was a top guy. He was brilliant right from the first enquiry. The Defender was presented really well, and he answered all of my questions that I had. All of the info that I requested was given to me, he was a great help. Can't recommend David enough!

Carl were sound, from start to finish he was brilliant. When I came to collect the car it looked immaculate and was ready and waiting for me. It has been really good to drive, so no complaints my end👍.

Andy who I was dealing with was a really great guy, he was very nice to buy from and made the sale very easy and simple. The car has been running great, I am very happy with that side of things. I do wish the car came with 2 keys, but apart from that, they provided me with a 5 star service!

Really great, I am so happy with my A3, I absolutely love it! I have had 3 cars from Concept now, and each one has been perfect, no issues at all. The team are always really helpful and friendly, I can't say bad word about them.

Carl was a lovely man to buy from, he was so nice to deal with. He explained everything clearly and didn't rush me or put any pressure on the sale. The BMW that I bought is lovely, I've go no complaints regarding it. It was my first time using Motortrust, and I wouldn't hesitate in using again.
