Great service and very easy process would definately use Motor Trust again

I bought a Dacia Stepway from Motortrust, the whole experience was great from start to finish. The car ticks all the boxes for what I needed and I’ve had no issues with it at all. Everything’s been absolutely fine. I originally saw the car advertised on Auto Trader while it was still in transit, so there weren’t any pictures available at the time. Trevor from the sales team kindly did a video of the car in the yard and sent it over to me, which really helped. He was spot on throughout and a brilliant guy to deal with. The team were very friendly and kind, and we got the car with no issues at all. I originally saw the car advertised on Auto Trader while I was specifically looking for a Peugeot. Tom had gone home by the time we arrived, but he arranged for somebody else to help us and they were both very helpful.

Not great with names, but the person I dealt with was brilliant, he was really lovely, and he allowed me the time to have a look around and make a decision. I found the car on the MotorTrust website and decided to buy a BMW 2 Series.

I did a Google search for Minis. I came across the one advertised at Motortrust on Autotrader and compared it to the other ones I had seen at other dealerships, this one had lower mileage and was for a better price. It was all very friendly, and they knew what they were talking about. I was going to get the car delivered but decided to collect it. They refunded me straight away, which was good. After the purchase, I got the car checked over, and it was all fine. I also have a warranty package, which is always good to have.

Purchased an MG ZS, it's been fine so far, and the customer service on the day we bought the car was okay.

The Peugeot 208 I bought from Motortrust has been alright, and so was the customer service on the day. I have had a slight issue with the reverse camera, but it is intermittent and seems to be working at the moment, so that is the only thing, other than that, it has been good.

I found Motortrust whilst specifically looking for a Ford Kuga automatic, as there weren’t many dealerships in the Northeast with what I wanted. This was the nearest place I could find that had one available. The person we were originally supposed to deal with was off that day, so somebody else helped us instead. The salesman was fine and answered all our questions on the day. A good four-star rating

Rizwan was great and very helpful. The whole team was good and had absolutely no problems with the Ford or with the service on the day.

Initially there was a bit of a mix-up with the finance, as I applied for the finance online and it got accepted, although the dealership had no record of it. They apologised and fast tracked it for me, which was good. The car also had an issue within the first week, but they resolved it quickly and gave me a courtesy car, so all positive in the end.
