Great service and very easy process would definately use Motor Trust again

Came across Motortrust on AutoTrader when I saw the Vauxhall Corsa advertised on AutoTrader. When I went to look at the car, I believe it was Callum I dealt with, and everything was alright. I've not had any problems with the car.

Was perfect other than the delivery delay, Trevor comforted me during the process which was my first remote purchase of a car.

The Nissan Qashqai that I purchased has been fine, a few minor issues I need to contact them about. Other than that, it has been okay. On the day it was Rafaqat I dealt with, and he was good.

Really pleased with the MG from Motor Trust. The car has been absolutely fine with no problems at all, and it’s been looked after nicely from the start. The service from the dealership was brilliant throughout. They were really supportive and helpful with everything, even taking the time to explain where the nearest charging points were if needed. The car was fully charged when I collected it. I would give them ten stars if I could!

I bought a Dacia Stepway from Motortrust, the whole experience was great from start to finish. The car ticks all the boxes for what I needed and I’ve had no issues with it at all. Everything’s been absolutely fine. I originally saw the car advertised on Auto Trader while it was still in transit, so there weren’t any pictures available at the time. Trevor from the sales team kindly did a video of the car in the yard and sent it over to me, which really helped. He was spot on throughout and a brilliant guy to deal with. The whole process was a smooth, slick operation

I absolutely love the MINI Cooper from Motor Trust. The car itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The dealership were very helpful and the young man who dealt with us was really nice. The only downside for me was after he left the business shortly after I bought the car, I had a few questions that became harder to get resolved. Aside from that, the experience was good overall. The car is lovely, but I just think the final details and reassurance after purchase could have been handled better.

Not great with names, but the person I dealt with was brilliant, he was really lovely, and he allowed me the time to have a look around and make a decision. I found the car on the MotorTrust website and decided to buy a BMW 2 Series.
