Needed a bigger vehicle for family, only had a little polo before. They were a big car dealership local to me, so I chose them. Trevor’s service was quite quick; I thought that was good.

It’s my first hybrid and I’m getting used to it. I quite liked the look of the car and the prices. However, I thought the communication could have better.

Everything is good with the car so far. It came up for the right price and had everything I was looking for. I thought the setup at Motortrust was professional which is something that helps you can feel you can trust the place.

When I walked in Kalum was there so I asked to have a look at the Skoda and he gave me the key to have a look at it. I asked for the wheels to be cleaned up a bit, so I can take it on a test drive and I was happy with it so I bought it! The service was great I have had no problems, they did a good job. The only problem was the battery was on its way out and I wanted a really good new one so I bought it myself.

The staff were lovely at MotorTrust. The KIA is great and I managed to purchase the car through a finance option which I thought was good. Overall, I would rate my experience a 3 because I thought the communication with the vehicle could’ve been better.

All good with the Mercedes. I would’ve appreciated if the correct charging cable came with the car but other then that the car is good. Motortrust had the best deals at the time when I was looking so I brought from them.

They were professional, did everything they were supposed to do in a timely fashion. Trevor’s service was courteous and very knowledgeable about the Lexus UX which overall I did appreciate.

It was alright, I had to wait for the car, should have been on Friday but it wasn't ready until Monday. When I got there for the viewing it took them about 45 minute to find the car and then. Currently I’m waiting for documents for the Ford battery recall on the Kuga. The customer service was fine, they offered us a drink and all that while we waited. Hopefully next time they know where they keep their cars and keep them charged next time, 3/5 stars
