Overall good experience at the dealership. We did take out the optional extra paint protection. Which I felt could have been explained in a little bit more detail, but this is something I'll keep an eye out for on future purchases. I went for the BMW 4 Series in the end, and so far I'm loving it.

Upon going to Preston to collect my vehicle, I felt the process was a little rushed, and I had to wait 45 minutes for the vehicle to be cleaned before driving away. However, I am happy with the overall experience and very happy with the vehicle. One of the issues is that the clutch feels a little high, but it's currently getting this looked at. That said, everything else went well on the day, and the car itself has been great.

Following my purchase of a Citroen C3 back in February, I found the team at Motortrust very helpful. Now we are in April I've been able to take the vehicle out on long drives and it is driving fine. 4 stars overall.

Back in Feb I purchased my Ford Focus from Motortrust UK (Preston branch) and since having the car, it's been really good actually, we are really happy with it. The only issue we have had is that the logbook was sent to my old address, which has caused a couple of issues. I did contact Motortrust who are looking into the issue. Overall, the guys were really good with us to still happy to give 5*

Really great service from MotorTrust. This was my first time purchasing from them, and everything went smoothly. The car was fully valeted when I went to pick it up, it was honestly showroom perfect. I am very happy with the car and service provided.

After having a Jaguar in the past and looking around for a few years, I finally found the one I wanted at MotorTrust. I went for a Jaguar S-Type and I knew it was the one for me when I saw it. I only took it for a short test drive and knew it was all great. A younger lad helped me with the process and he was really nice; he was friendly and helpful and made the process even more enjoyable. The dealership itself was great; all the cars looked presentable and the staff were nice. I would definitely go back in the future.

I could ask him any questions, and he kept me updated via WhatsApp, so I never felt left in the dark. I'm really happy with the car and have had no issues at all. When I picked it up, everything was ready for me. The car smelled great, was clean, and I'm really enjoying it.
