The salespeople were no bother while I was buying my A3, there was no pushy sales and I was able to take my time with the car which I really liked. Buying the car was hassle free and its given me no jip since I bought it home. Would have to be five stars from me.

There is nothing, in my opinion that Motortrust Uk could have done to improve my car buying experience. The customer service was brilliant, everyone was friendly to talk to which made me feel relaxed. Following a thorough test drive I was impressed and went a head with the purchase. To tell the truth my experience at MotorTrust was EXCELLENT! It was a very rainy day when I bought the Nissan, so they came out with umbrellas and kept me dry which was really thoughtful and said a lot about the character of the team there. I did purchase the X Trail and I do really like it and it has been completely without issue since the purchase.
