A 5* Experience with Motor Trust.

This was my first time ever purchasing a car, and I went for a BMW 5 Series. I’m very happy with it I use it almost daily, and I’ve had no issues since purchasing it back in January. Since it was my first time buying a car, it was really important to find a good dealership. MotorTrust was super helpful throughout the entire process, especially since I was a first-time buyer. They assisted with everything, from insurance to tax, and it was a really pleasant experience. The car was in great condition, and it had been cleaned and thoroughly checked before being handed over to me. Thank you to everyone who helped!

Audi’s have always been my go to car. I find them reliable and comfortable, just one of the best in my opinion. I went for an Audi A7, which has a different shape from the previous ones I’ve had, and I love it. It’s great! I did have one issue with the locking system, but once this was sorted, MotorTrust reimbursed me. There was no waiting around for this, it was done quickly and without hassle. Dom at MotorTrust helped throughout the entire transaction, and he was super helpful and professional. I highly recommend MotorTrust they were great service from start to finish.

This is my first time getting a delivery from buying online, and it has been such a great experience with MotorTrust. I purchased a Ford Focus Active after looking around, and it was exactly what I wanted. It’s a great car, and I’m super happy with it—I couldn’t recommend it enough. The delivery went smoothly, and I’m very thankful to the driver who brought it. He drove all the way from Preston to London, and he was such a lovely guy. Everything with the car is going great, and I would definitely recommend MotorTrust as a dealership for getting cars delivered. The car was in excellent condition, I knew exactly what I was getting, and overall, it was a good experience. There was a little bit of slow communication at the beginning, but soon after, everything was fine, and I’m happy with the whole process.

Kork was amazing friendly and answered any questions I needed, was a very quick process, you also took the price down very much for my delivery which I appreciate and the delivery driver was also lovely.

So far I'm not getting on too bad with my BMW 1 Series, other than it using a lot of fuel, there's nothing of any concern. I felt the customer service was really good, and the salesman that handled everything was really efficient.
